    I think 2 loss Wisconsin is ahead of a 1 loss Baylor. Aside from that, I think the odds are still astronomically against, but the odds are not 0%. RIght now, I'm hanging my hat on still having a decent shot at a NY6 bowl. I think talk of the playoffs is a pipe dream, but as long as it's mathematically possible, there's no reason we can't jibber jabber about it on a message board and dream up the "what if" scenarios.

    A 9 - 1 Big Ten team losing on the road to a top 25 team isn't going to take a huge drop. Certainly not out of the top 25. I'd bet Minny stays in the top 15 - 18 range, and Baylor probably about the same.

    This turned into the rout I think we expected it to be. Seeing Giannis not hesitate to pull the trigger on those 3's when the defense sags off of him is nice.

    I think the people that say they definitively know one way or the other what Yelich is looking at are silly. He flicks his eyes for a second, possibly less. If you're that good at video analysis, go watch the Zapruder film and figure that out for us. That being said, it was literally a split second, and unless/until there's something more substantial, this is nothing. I also agree with others that think Yelich's response could have and should have been a bit more subdued. The Braun fiasco is evidence A1 of that.

    Eh. Nebraska got a lot of yards but Badgers D stopped their drives. Nebraska was 0-3 on 4th downs. I know people don't like the "bend but don't break" terminology, but you don't get points for yards. Badgers got momentum with the long touchdown and takeaway, and Nebraska never got it back. They had one score after that. They had some long drives but the Badgers kept getting pressure and forcing stops. Sucks giving up tons of yards but if you're getting stops, I'll take it. I'll take a 16 point win on the road where they were never REALLY threatened after that interception in the 2nd quarter. Also, Iowa has a 2 TD lead on Minnesota at halftime.

    Bending but not breaking. Not really getting Nebraska's play calling on that last series. But hey.... got the stop and a good time consuming drive here with even a field goal could put this away.

    I think that Netflix stays relevant by producing a decent amount of their own interesting content. Price point is going to start to be a problem though. Disney+ has a lot of content for 7 bucks a month and Netflix is double that.

    I just switched to Youtube TV from PSVue, and it's pretty good. Get a good selection of live channgels, all the live sports I could possibly want, and a pretty nice catalog of backlogged shows and movies. Couple that with Disney+ and Netflix and I'm STILL way under any kind of cable package or (barf) directv.

    The Saints lost to the Falcons, the Bills lost to the Browns, and the Colts lost to the Dolphins today. Aside from maybe the Bengals or the Redskins, even the bad teams in the NFL are pretty much capable of winning just about every Sunday. Heck, the Dolphins are actively TRYING to lose and they have won 2 games.

    I guess I just don't give up until there's nothing left to root for. New Years 6 game is still on the table. Would getting shellacked by Ohio State again suck? Sure, but we had people putting up "in memoriam" posts about the Brewers season in August, so.... (yeah yeah, I know baseball and college football aren't the same, but the point is similar. it's not over til it's over)

    Yeah, Really needed Penn St to win that game today. Strength of Victory doesn't matter at this point, just need Minnesota to lose a game if we actually want the Badgers to get another crack at Ohio St.

    That's a gut punch way to lose a game. Down 22 points, claw all the way back to get the tie with 8 seconds to go, then get the ball back with 2.3 seconds, and not only not get a shot off, but give them the ball with enough time to get off a shot as well. I understand that Gobert is a huge defensive presence, and he doesn't just alter shots, but you have to be smart. If you can't get a shot off, don't give them an opportunity to win the game there.

    I have/had Vue, and switched to Youtube Tv. It's more or less exactly the same as Vue. It's $49.99 a month plus tax. It has 70-ish channels, has local stations, has BTN, ESPN, FSN for Brewers games, and everything I need for live sports, and the channel guide is a bit more intuitive than the Vue's as well.
