I have no idea how much the Brewers were spending on the social media team, but it has to be peanuts compared to an average MLB player's salary. This is not a good sign at all. Granted, every penny counts, but it takes A LOT of cuts like this to make up one Eric Sogard. I'm very nervous for what the 2021 team will be.

Is 2020 Braun’s last year in Milwaukee?

I mean, if $3.5 million was too much for Gyorko, then Braun would have to sign for like $2-$3 million to be back. At this point I’m assuming he’s gone. -
If the $3.5 million is too much for a corner infielder spot, 2021 is going to be a rough season.

This. I assume most of the statistics that went into the idea that bunting a guy over isn’t the best approach were based on the idea that someone will be likely to hit an extra base hit or home run. With the offense that barely could put together a couple hits a game, it would seem like those statistics no longer apply, and manufacturing a run would be a better approach. -
With the injuries or the Brewers, “it’s not a fair fight” Sorry Kurkijan, with the payroll discrepancy it’ll never be a fair fight.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. To be fair, this is probably the first time he’s seen the Brewers this year so he probably still think Yelich is good, Braun can play, etc.

Quite the reunion, too bad the game is a dud... It’s like a funeral where you see all your friends and relatives that you haven’t seen in years... a funeral for the the Brewers’ 2020 season.

At least we got to see some postseason ball. This team didn’t deserve to be here so I’m not even sad. The Dodgers are a hell of a team. I hope Stearns cleans house again this off-season, but this time they don’t get a bunch of bench guys and hope they all have career years.
