Better than St. Louis winning... we have a more realistic chance at the division if they lose tonight. I’m not disagreeing with that, but we came in today against an inferior team starting a pitcher with a near 7 ERA and find a way to get pounded ourselves. Said pitcher had a solid game against us. Really disappointing to say the least. Hopefully we find a way to force a Game 163. We still got a chance...but we royally failed on a day that would have pulled us even with them. Yeah, I agree. As amazing as this team has been, it’s hard to win all of them. It just stings more when you lose the games you “should” win.

No reason to not pitch Burnes tonight if we need to. Don’t waste any valuable arms in case we need them the next two games.

Hopefully this is the last we see of Faria and Black for the year. They don’t even need to put their uniforms on anymore this year.

And no matter what happens, the Cubs can’t win the World Series... so, success!

Well, the #1 wild card spot isn’t looking very likely now, but let’s hope the Cubs can somehow pull this game off so we are only still one game back of the division. Cardinals win today and the #2 wild card slot is likely where we’ll be.

Likely causes: You made a purchase already (though I am guessing you didn't do this). You got logged in and backed out...then tried to enter again. Somehow your password got used I would call the ticket office or your rep. Here's what happened for me. I first went in to the WC sale. I searched for 4 Club Infield tickets. It came back with Field level (which I didn't want). I backed out, but I didn't see the replace tickets option so I basically started over. I did the same thing again and didn't get tickets in the Club level. I tried one more time and it gave me that message when I attempted to search for tickets and said to wait 10 minutes. I tried again and it still said to wait, so I went and bought tie breaker tickets without issue. I then tried to get back into the WC game and it still said to wait a few minutes. When that counted down it let me search again and I searched for 4 Club Outfield tickets (assuming Club Infield aren't available). It gave me 4 in section 312. When I attempted to check out it gave me the message and said to wait 2 minutes. I kept trying to no avail while my shopping cart time was counting down. At about 4 minutes left I called my rep and left a message, but from past experience (and his voicemail) I wouldn't expect to hear back until late today or tomorrow. So, I decided to call the general season ticket number 414-902-4487 and got through to someone right away. They gave me a new code so I started the search again. This time I got section 345 so I took them. Thankfully I was able to get Club level tickets for these games (even though I don't realistically think there will be a tiebreaker, but still). My guess is that their site is limiting the number of active users and they lock people out until the active users are done. I get that from not allowing new users in, but if someone is performing a transaction it should allow that to complete before kicking them out. Unless my code just got bad somehow. I guess it doesn't matter at this point as I got tickets. Woohoo!

For the WC game I keep getting "Additional orders for this exclusive onsale are restricted at this time. Please try back in about X minutes."

Hi there! I came across this forum on Google by accident when I was researching old Brewers memorabilia, particularly VHS tapes. Just this weekend I picked up the New Era VHS at a local store, and thought it would be great to remaster it for DVD. I work in the film/video field and regularly capture and restore video tapes onto DVD or Blu-ray, so I would be more than willing to help a fellow fan out. I don't use "all in one" solutions like store-bought USB capture devices to do basic transfers; I capture videos using high-quality professional equipment and then clean up the video and audio as best I can. That way, anything I want to preserve looks as good as it can be. It takes hours but I feel the extra clean-up work involved is worth the effort. Regarding copyright, as I understand it the law allows you to make a copy of something you legally own, e.g. a VHS onto DVD. What you cannot do is sell one without the other. So if you wanted to sell the VHS, you would have to include the DVD copy (for free) as part of the sale. But making a copy of something you own, for your own personal use, is entirely legal, just as it is legal for you to rip a CD that you own to MP3 files and put those files on your iPhone (or similar device). Presuming you are in WI and you want someone within the state to make copies of your tapes onto disc for safekeeping I would be more than happy to help you out. Perhaps you can drop me a line via PM? Looks like due to technical issues today, that the 10-pack holder presale for tiebreaker and wild card is pushed to 1:00pm tomorrow.

Washington has played two fewer games and has one less loss, so until Washington gets to the same number of losses it's not entirely in the Brewers hands. Still, gotta love where we are at considering everything that went against us this season!

I didn't see it, but if it was egregious and ends up being the only hit, they can change it after the fact. Eh. It was a pretty tough knuckling liner. It wasnt a soft liner that he easily should have had. Yes, they got it right, but it definitely is a play that Arcia makes more often than not. They play after, that Arcia made a terrific catch on, was likely a much more difficult play.
