Patrick, how does the draft process work with draft eligible sophmores that are not attending community colleges? Are they treated similar to DFE's and you retain their rights up until the following draft, or do you lose the rights to them if they return for their Junior year?

You should try recycling those old magazines igor. *rimshot* I'm aware that joke wasn't very good. It's the best I have on a Monday morning.

How exactly is it Brian's fault for an EZBoard message board? Brian has no control over any type of account deletion. And moderators certainly don't have that power. They can delete posts, but not entire accounts.

If I tell a friend will you drop a payment?

Oerhaps SoCal is the Charlotte to David's Wilbur?

Keep after him BrewCrew, don't let him out of this that easily. He's rather crafty so just keep putting the pressure on him. He'll crack.

You mean if you got off your lazy bum and built us a message board like you promised us 3 years ago? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

    You having technical difficulties Brian?

I think everyone is in agreement that what would push this site over 1000 posters, is more cowbell.

You might as well call it the RobertR award and then ban him from winning the award so the rest of us get a chance.

You forgot to end with "So there!" David. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

I'm going crazy seing all these double topics popping up all over the place. I can at least understand if it happens like it has with the new Ryan Anderson thread popping up in the Major League forum while we've been discussing him in another thread, or even the 2 Molitor Hall of Fame threads showing up at the same time, but all too often lately I've seen two or even three threads devoted to the exact same topic during the course of one day. It's really a lot of unneeded clutter and bandwith usage on these boards. I know the moderators have tried to lock up these extra threads as they appear, but many of them could be remedied by people paying a bit more attention to threads that are already in existence. And I really hope I'm not the only person going crazy over this. And Massbrew, I will never again make fun of your hatred of polls.

Especially since Melvin doesn't value additional draft pick How about he just doesn't value first round picks? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/happy.gif

Isn't that new aquisition Jon Nunnally on the Mazatlan roster?
  16. Katuluu
Maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way, but why are you dealing with the Brewers? The store didn't have anything with the Brewers logo on it, it just had a spoof of the MLB logo. Shouldn't you be dealing with a Rep for MLB?

Can we get a "Pin the Tail on the Selig" simulation?
  18. Katuluu
Well that is tragic news. I haven't been able to find anything about it on the web yet, so I can only assume this is a breaking story. Any more details you can offer on what happened?

[edited by Princess Pooncess for profanity.....] You call Burnitz a dog?
  20. Katuluu
he's still good for 35 homers and 95-100 RBI a year No he's not Harold. He hasn't hit 35 homeruns since 1998, and that is the only time he topped that mark. He hasn't had 100 RBI's since 2001. He's OBOP has been awful for the past two years, and he has been absolutely awful in LA, and only had one good half season in NY. He can't do what you think he can, if he was ever able to.

Acquiring Kendall and bringing Burnitz back would be a good next step for the Crew. Harold, I mean this in the nicest way possible. LIVE IN THE NOW!!! We stunk with Burnitz when he was good, we'll stink even more now that he's on his last legs.

So basically, yeah, i'll get around to it Isn't this what you said two years ago about building your own message board? Is your middle name Selig?
  23. Katuluu
Has it ever been considered to do a poll on the main page? Colby's recent poll seems to be a perfect example of something to have on the main page, even if it makes Massbrew cry. Shoot, that's reason #2 to do it. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

*COUGH* ** NOTE: No suggestions for the message boards themselves, please. I don't have the ability to modify any source for EZBoard software. (It's hosted by EZBoard). *COUGH*
