  1. There are three super aggressive coaches in the NFC Central + Matt LaFleur.
  2. I honestly think MLF was too worried they'd score too soon and Aubrey would kick a 70 yarder to beat them. The alst play that left 1 second on the clock was Love's fault, IMO.
  3. this stings more than the loss to the Browns
  4. Dom Capers performance
  5. ok so they score 9 points instead of 21.
  6. Three of the Lions TDs came on drives of 28 yards combined.
  7. one theory about keeping guys in state is that they are less likely to transfer
  8. I don't think they can fire him given the cost. But I also have a sinking feeling that he will be unable to turn it around.
  9. In week 2 last season, the Eagles lost to the Falcons...at home.
  10. Requires a subscription but many here may already subscribe or want to support Francys.
  11. that's why you go for it on 4th down
  12. re 3rd and short passes. Could those have been RPOs? If so that's on Love.
  13. and I believe the Packers have a pretty conservative medical staff. Guys aren't "rushed" back. It's football. Bad stuff happens once in a while
  14. There were a lot of ticky tack penalties too. not using it as an excuse but a different crew may not have called a lot of them.
  15. At the end of the day, they still win without the INT or the blocked FG. Flukey weird plays. I do think the offensive line is showing itself to be razor thin. Need Tom and Banks back ASAP.
  16. why are the badgers playing two days in a row
  17. Curt Cignetti took over an Indiana team that had gone 3 - 24 in conference the prior three seasons and took them to the playoffs. I really don't think the Badgers were worse off than the Hoosiers when Tom Allen departed. Obviously those are different programs, schedules, situations etc and you can't always expect a one year turnaround but this team has not improved since Fickell started.
  18. and again recruiting aside, this team simply looks poorly coached. They gave up a blocked fg and a blocked punt today. That has little to do with recruiting.
  19. 2021 was a very good recruiting class.
  20. If Indiana and Illinois can be top 10 teams then there is zero reason UW can't be one. This is pathetic.
  21. I know it's 4 but every time I hear number 5 think of this guy:
