  1. Contreras 237/353/321/673 Chourio 266/282/479/761 Yelich 200/298/350/648 Those three need to start hitting. If they don't, it won't matter what the GM does.
  2. It was on CBS too. They both pull news from Rotowire I guess:
  3. It's only going to get worse on planes. They will try to cram as many people in there as possible. I wish rail were a better option in the US. You aren't going to take it from Seattle to Miami, obviously, but regionally it could work well. Much more civilized mode of transit, imo.
  4. We caught The Marching Band last night. It was fantastic. Funny, moving....a throwback of sorts in that the structure leads to some predictability but I kind of miss that in movies.

  6. He gets lost in the shuffle but Dinges now has the best OPS on that team
  7. That's too bad. Hope he can figure it out.
  8. Finally got around to seeing Anora over the weekend I had no idea it was that funny. I was laughing out loud quite a bit. A very good movie but seems like an odd Oscar winner, tbh, compared to a lot of best pictures winners over the years.
  9. Chourio is on pace for like 60 doubles
  10. Always? It's pretty rare. There have been 11 total. 3 since Alvarez was hired. Mertz is the first since Wilson in 2012 unless there is some guy that transfered out of UW I am missing. There have probably been some undrafted free agents.
  11. He doesn't have a RAS.
  12. To add some context to the Reed comparison, Golden has bigger hands (by a little) and a wider wingspan (by a lot): Reed - Hand 9 1/8 Wingspan -73 1/8 Golden - 9 1/2, 76 3/8
  13. Guys, we really, really, really don't want to give people timeouts during the draft. So let's start the new day out with new attitudes and let bygones be bygones. If someone disagrees with you, that's ok. If someone bothers you in the way they disagree, scroll past their post. If you find that difficult, put them on ignore. But above all, don't insult people and have fun. #gopackgo #thebearsstillsuck #football #fans #lambeauleap #peterozelle #powersweep
  14. He was projected to be a mid-1st-round pick. The Packers got him at 23. That is good value. If he was perfect, he would have gone top 10.
  15. good Lord you two. let it go.
  16. My annual plea to trade down.
  17. I've seen Hairston to the Pack on two mock drafts today.
  18. Do we need a Packers only draft tracking thread or are you guys good using this one?
  19. Weather looks like it will be decent for you. Maybe some rain on Friday but April in Green Bay is a crapshoot. Mid to upper 50's is perfect.
  20. conspiracy theories are not limited to Gen Z also: Birds Aren't Real is a satirical conspiracy theory which posits that birds are actually drones operated by the United States government to spy on American citizens. In 2018, journalist Rachel Roberts described Birds Aren't Real as "a joke that thousands of people are in on."
  21. As long as he isn't absolutely horrible before then, I am totally fine with him not figuring it out until late August.
  22. Heard him interviewed on the pre-game yesterday. He isn't concerned. He said he really didn't pitch at all for 18 months and command is expected to be off given the layoff. Body feels good. Shoulder feels good. I like that he talks with certainty about the return of command and velocity. https://www.jsonline.com/story/sports/mlb/rattlers/2025/04/18/minor-league-baseball-brandon-woodruff-pitches-for-timber-rattlers/83164102007/?tbref=hp “When you have any type of surgery, especially shoulder surgery, typically the last thing that comes for guys is the command of the baseball,” Woodruff said. “Out there today, I got to two strikes or even earlier in the count, I didn’t execute with two strikes. “Then you get behind early and it doesn’t matter what level you’re at, especially right now until the velocity gets back, that’s what I’m going to have to be able to lock in on, the command.”
