    If they keep LaFleur, which all signs say they will, then do the following: - fire Bisaccia - get a new kicker - improve O Line depth. Paper-thin if Tom is out. At a minimum, that's what should happen. They also need corners, an edge rusher, and maybe an RB in the draft.
