  1. One could make a pretty good argument that the reason the Lions won is because Campbell was more willing to go for it on 4th down all game. Yeah it didn't work once and gave GB a short field but GB had quite a few midfield punts that could have been conversion attempts.
  2. watch Malik Willis tape from last year. He might be the best coach in the league.
  3. it was one of those games where whoever had the ball last would win.
  4. That 4th down call was the right call by the Lions.
  5. good game. defense actually played pretty good all things considered. look forward to playing them w Jaire, Cooper
  6. Those receivers would not have come close to those numbers had they stayed. Not enough footballs.
  7. Get the ball in the hands of your playmakers. Longo never figured that out.
  8. It wasn't about free college before NIL. It's been a big business for 30+ years.
  9. Curt Neal enters the portal.
  10. Great for Savannah Bananas. Bad for MLB.
  11. https://blogs.fangraphs.com/brenton-del-chiaro-talks-brewers-hitting-prospects-and-philosophies/ I thought the development philosophy at the end was interesting.
  12. Probably conspiratorial thinking on my part but I sometimes wonder if these big market teams make overpays on middling guys like Montas just to drive up the price for every other player.
  13. Cards should have gone for it on 4th intead of kicking the FG to go up 6
  14. Not saying men should never get emotional or cry but dude...
  15. Yeah probably not a good idea to dig up old threads so you can "gotcha" someone. Gonna lock this for a bit.
  16. kind of telling that when the Minnesota guy hit the UW player out of bounds, the only person that seemed fired up about it at all was Fickell. Guys look like they've checked out to me.
  17. this might be Fickell's last game if they can't at least be competitive
  18. It was good last week too.
  19. Really wasn't sure where to put this but if you have been thinking about pulling the trigger on a BA subscription today is a good day to do it:
  20. Lions had a bunch of injuries today. Should be a fun game next week
  21. that was a really good win
  22. that was interference. also throw the ball further (farther?)
  23. it's weird that Kenny Clark is only 29 years old
