  1. latest on Xavier Lucas is that he signed some kind of contract with UW agreeing to come back next year and then he entered the portal. He won't be playing for UW but I can now see why Fickell is blocking this.
  2. Two of my friends have been forced to evacuate
  3. I've said it before but the passing game was elite the 2nd half of last year with the same receiving corps. I think Jacobs helps the inside run game but cant get to the edge and can't run a lot of the route tree. I think that is impacting the rest of the passing game.
  4. Not only is Hill a malcontent, he's a garbage human being (and he's on the wrong side of 30). Pass. I am still not sold that you "need" a #1 guy but yesterday showed me you need guys you can count on for tough catches in high-leverage situations. DJ Moore essentially won that game with three really tough grabs.
  5. Brutal. We will probably never see him in a Packer uni again.
  6. 1.53 points per possession is insane.
  7. The Packers are a better team than last year. That doesn't mean they win more playoff games. In fact, they might win 0.
  8. I am guessing that may depend on how Morgan progresses and if they see him as a tackle or a guard.
  9. Tom is arguably a top 5 tackle. I'd be shocked if they don't extend him.
  10. Based on this thread, there are already whispers.
  11. MLF is on starting QB #2. He has a long leash.
  12. Juror #2 was solid. Straightforward courtroom drama...with a twist.
  13. I think it's nice he stayed close to home but I'd be willing to bet the opt-out after year 2 was a pretty big factor as well.
  14. the crazy thing is, they didn't play well today and still came close to winning Pre snap penalties killed them. Just eliminating those and I think this is a very different game. Saw this mentioned elsewhere but 1) they miss Watson stretching the field in the passing game and 2) the D has a definite ceiling if they can't get pressure with four
  15. No coach would ever do this because reasons, but playing Madden two-minute drills 2000 times in the off season would be good prep for clock management. They need to think of it like a sim lab rather than a video game. It is an absolute joke how many NFL head coaches cannot manage the clock late in games. To me, clock management is the low hanging fruit that analytics could solve pretty quickly if coaches would be open minded about it.
  16. I think a tie actually helped Denver as much as a win
  17. That guy has all of Aaron Rodgers' bad body language and half the talent. Seriously though, he looks to have a really nice arm and obviously, he can move. I hope he never gets to work with a smart offensive mind while in Chicago.
  18. Heard a rumor the issue is that Jaire doesn't want to play but he is cleared by the docs.
  19. then they arent going to the super bowl anyway and I don't care if they win a playoff game and lose in the next round. Super Bowl or bust
  20. You could argue that the Packers have been the best team in the NFL since their bye week. I don't care who GB faces in the playoffs. Bring it on.
  21. their defense is pretty weak
  22. In 1998 he led the AL in stolen bases as a 39 year old. He stole 36 bases at age 41. The guy was amazing.
