    What do the Brewers have with Khris Davis? He's 22 in A ball but is hitting really really well. Any chance they bump him up to Brevard soon to see what he can do?

    Agreed. The whole Jacob vs. man in black backstory is one I really want to learn more about. As an aside, a buddy of mine from school is currently producing an independent movie starring the actor that plays Jacob (who was also in The Big Lebowski for those that are fans of that movie).

    The thing that has me somewhat excited is that the high ceiling guys haven't hit their ceiling (Cain, Lawrie, most pitchers) and the guys that were putting up numbers that people said might not be sustainable because they didn't have a high ceiling are still putting up numbers (T Green, Gindl to name two).

    Typically Airtran is cheap and comfortable. So the odds are you would book with them anyway.

    Can someone remind me what happened to Ben Linus? I don't think he's been on since the Hugo episode but I don't remember where he went or what became of him. EDIT - Wait a sec...did he and Miles go with Richard to destroy the plane?

    That Canucks Hawks game last night was a lot of fun. Luongo stopped like four breakaways. That dude is awesome. He was the difference between a one goal loss (plus an empty netter) and a three goal loss.

    The crowd at Dairyland seemed to dwindle quite a bit the last three or four years for the big races. I bet most of them go to Waukegan now - or Arlington. It'd be great if the OTB at Poto was expanded. My friends and I hit the exacta on the Derby. We picked 7 horses and thought we bet a boxed trifecta so we got all excited when three of our seven came in. Then we realized that had we really bet a boxed trifect with seven horses the money we put down would have been much much greater. Still made like 3 to 1 on it I think.

    A part of me wanted to see the Caps win so the Hawks could potentially meet up with them and smash Ovi's already smashed face into the boards a half dozen times.

    I guess when I originally brought up Pujols I was talking offensive numbers. Braun's defense obviously was historically awful.

    Agreed. Call it the "Pujols Effect". Every year there's supposed to be a rookie that completely dominates. It's only really happened once since Pujols and that was Braun. Any others?

    If Wisconsin had an NHL team I'd root for them. Since they don't I root for the Hawks. I do not possess an inferiority complex just because I grew up in Milwaukee.

    I was trying to remember what Ned did against the Cardinals that was cosmically stupid in regards to retaliation. Didn't he plunk Pujols to put the tying run at the plate late in the game or something? I was trying to remember that today but couldn't. Sorry to go slightly off topic.

    Yeah the idea was not to poke fun at people just out supporting their team but to mock people that are trying to gain attention rather than root for their team. I may actually take off the two Florida fans at the bottom (the one with the two guys wearing the jorts and the pic of FTJ with the Tebow tatoo) for that very reason.

    I've never been but the Harley Davidson Museum looks really cool....can walk there from your hotel. And get a butter burger from Sobleman's and custard from Leon's.

    B-Fan.netters, My friend and I created a website designed to poke a little fun at fans who take their teams/sports a little too seriously. I guess you could call it "people of walmart for face painters".     Heard a stat today that almost 50% of 7 seeds have beaten 2 seeds in the NHL playoffs. Not sure how far back that goes.
