    I think it makes sense to protect what you have, especially if what you have is worth protecting. You never really know what might happen. Actually, Jerry Kelly probably knew someone at the company he is advertising for and got a free security system for doing the commercial.

    Our wings are pretty dang tasty if you ask me - and we get ours from a restaurant distributor out here. Basically they come frozen in big bags, not unlike something you might see at a grocery store. We go through a specific thawing process and then of course drop them in the fryer until golden brown, toss them in whatever flavor you want and presto.

    The wing quality at Points East can suffer on Thursdays since it is all you can eat and they are just pounding them out. I'd recommend going there on a different day to get a better taste.

    Easiest way to do it: go to Dell.com and build one yourself. They are insanely cheap nowadays - you can get a very nice computer for under $500. Also you can find a lot of deals for dell.com here: http://cheapstingybargains.com/ edit: for instance, check this out. $399 for a nice computer with a 19" flat screen, which I know you don't need. I'm pretty sure you can get rid of the monitor in their system for a better deal.

    Points East has the BEST wings I have ever eaten. Ever. I have eaten more than my fair share of wings. I might call them and see who they get those distributed from. We aren't going to take away their business here in Sin City, so I wonder if they would divulge that info. Edit: Points East Pub is on the corner of Jackson and Lyon. I actually used to live right across the street, a couple houses down.

    For the plan I was interested in, their least inexpensive phone was $80(!!) And I wasn't the most comfortable with their salesperson. I definitely would not let one employee out of a huge company like Verizon sour your view of the company as a whole. In addition, I actually started out with Verizon recently on a pre-paid plan. I was given a phone for free from a friend who had recently upgraded. Verizon allowed me to use that phone without any additional charges. I honestly couldn't believe how easy it was to get the phone in my name and set the account up - I did it all online in about 20 minutes or less. I was very impressed with Verizon from the start.

    I've heard nothing but good things about Verizon, and they've been great since I switched from Sprint recently. Any reason that you left them out of your choices?

    Somewhat off-topic... With the mention of all of the enhanced former Stars, it got me thinking. What if some rich and insane person was to create a baseball league ala the infamous XFL and allow any and all enhancements and He Hate Me type stuff. I could almost see it happen. I realize that it is against the law to use steroids, maybe it would be more of a don't ask, don't tell type thing.
