    Betty white, the doritos kid, and the bud light house ads were pretty sweet. The milkoholic was cute too. None of the others really stick out to me right now.

    I always liked the big lug. Sure, he stunk up the joint, but he seemed like a nice guy. Best of luck to him, if there is any team he can make it on, it's the Nationals.

    And that is going to be the key, if he is going to have any success this year. He needs to either hit, or at least recognize the sliders when they come.

    I have always loved pitching prospects, and Nick Neugebauer was no different. I still think about what our rotations could have looked at with him and sheets leading it off. That kid has electric stuff.

    Nice first period. 1-0 badgers. I have noticed some problems with the ice, but overall it seems to be going great.

    Agreed. However, i would like to see how he develops. A kid who has a 17.5 K/BB ratio is always nice to have in the system, and at 19, has a lot of time to develop.

    Bingo. I think shared revenue would be a lot easier to pass than a salary cap, as well.

    Of course, but that's with the assumption that they are home before you. When i was a kid, i never beat my parents home, due to having soccer practice, or boy scouts or stuff like that. Now, if we are talking kids small enough where they aren't in school yet, or a work schedule that has you home later than them, then it makes a difference. Like i said, the rail isn't going to be for everyone, but i think it is going to be a very nice addition to our current infrastructure.

    I wouldn't imagine children would pay full price. Most trains i have ridden have kids under 17 usually 1/2 price. Metra(different i know) has a deal where one adult ticket gets you 3 kids tickets free. As well as weekend passes, where you ride all weekend for $7. I can see how it would be a problem during the week, but if you were going to madison for the weekend, it would be a huge savings($7 for the whole family, both ways). Now obviously, this is all hypothetical, but i would imagine this train service would have similar price deals. And if you are going to be using it for work, there are usually rail passes, which offer discounts as well. You obviously have a lot more flexibility with a car, but unless by working late you mean, 11:30pm or so, i can't see these trains making a huge difference(i imagine them running every 1/2 hour or so). Let's say i have to work till 8pm. The train leaves at 8:45, i would probably just work till 8:30 and get to the train just fine. To some, yes. To others, no. The rail isn't going to be for everyone. If you are the type of person who likes to rush home and do what you need to do ASAP, then you obviously want to take a car. I personally, wouldn't mind relaxing a little bit on a train and unwinding before i get home. Same thing in the morning.

    Considering two other outlets have contradicted them, i would say yes. It seems they jumped the gun without really verifying the story. Not THAT uncommon with everybody trying to find the breaking story. A lot of places just don't double check, because if they do, someone else might break the story.

    Texas wouldn't happen because the Big Ten has already stated it will only expand into states that currently border the Big Ten area. Nebraska would be nice, but they don't really have the academics, same can be said about Mizzou. I think Pitt would be the perfect fit, as PSU has no real rival(a lil bit with ohio, but that's not that strong yet), and is very strong in football, basketball and academics.

    I always liked corey, and have pulled for him to do well. However, baseball is a business(on both sides). I understand why he wants all the money he is asking for, but he's probably not worth it. The problem with asking for a raise that big is, he has no leverage. They have players who will put up similar production, for less money. I honestly hope this one goes to arby, and he loses. Maybe then he will realize it's not just management that feels he is overvaluing himself. It might light a spark under him, and help him reach his potential.

    Anyway they expand this to the twin cities? Right now, i can't really utilize it(i live in walworth co). However, i would love to take a train from madison to St Paul.
