  1. I definitely saw something there. It wasn’t a phantom call. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t want that same all going against the Packers.
  2. I’m curious at to what the average starting field position is for each team. The Ravens must have at least 15 yards on us.
  3. All things considered, I’m pleased to emerge from that half tied and with the ball.
  4. Ughhh … cover the guy. At least it’s not 10-0.
  5. Can’t even take a fair catch when they give it to you … SMH.
  6. To call it fan appreciation, it's almost better to do nothing than to give out "one free medium soda" to people who are routinely spending 300 - 400 or more per game on tickets, parking, food, merchandise, and etc. Ah. I see that now. This is a very different crowd than the one I run with.
  7. 17-bagel now Hopefully people will pump the breaks on Kyler Murray and Kliff Kingsbury for a while.
  8. I’m expecting this to be a game.
  9. RE: Free medium sodas for Giants season ticket holders I get how it lends itself to easy jokes, but a free soda is a free soda. We’re talking about the biggest sport in the US in the biggest market in the US. They don’t have to do anything for the money train to keep rolling.
  10. I often wonder why there are so many dogs in shelters. Are there that many bad owners out there? The answer is obviously yes.
  11. Why do people own pit bulls? There was a very sad story in our local news about a woman in Shawano County who was killed by her ‘family’ dog. Every time I read a story like this, it’s never a Golden Retriever that flies off the handle. https://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/story/news/2021/12/17/pit-bull-attack-wisconsin-woman-dies-saving-son-dog-attack-bowler-family-calls-her-hero/8918838002/
  12. There are going to be a lot of upset people in Wisconsin if next week’s Packer game gets moved. How many families moved their holiday celebrations to accommodate a special Saturday game on Christmas Day?
  13. The Packers catch a small break with the COVID re-shuffling. The Browns were scheduled to play Saturday, which would have given them one extra day of rest on the Packers for their Christmas Day matchup. Now the Browns will play on Monday and have to face the Packers the following Saturday. Green Bay winds up with the extra day’s rest. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/browns-raiders-game-reportedly-moved-to-monday-due-to-covid-19-outbreak-on-browns-193151145.html
  14. How about an assortment of personal care products? Maybe deodorant, body spray, a razor with shaving cream, some Dove for Men shampoo or body wash? The most important thing to a 13 year old boy is probably impressing 13 year old girls.
  15. Interesting that there is only one player from Wisconsin on the roster: https://uwbadgers.com/sports/womens-volleyball/roster
  16. Very. Signed up for Peacock today just for this show and will probably cancel after one month. I've knocked off a few already today and it's exactly what you'd hope for, classic MacGruber. Essentially it's just another movie with a similar but split into episodes. But the same constant humor is there. Another MacGruber fan? Awesome. I have a few days off between Christmas and New Year’s and I’m hoping I can try Peacock and watch all 8 episodes during that time.
  17. I don’t have a ton of sympathy considering the Packers took a COVID L this year.
  18. Meyer is reportedly still owed $60 million through 2025: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sportingnews.com/us/amp/nfl/news/why-wont-the-jaguars-fire-urban-meyer/1pxhi2qzqk5zl1619p9x1mvxj0
  19. The Jaguars have fired Urban Meyer: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/urban-meyer-fired-by-jaguars-in-midnight-move-after-less-than-one-season-on-job/
  20. [sarcasm]If the NFL has to cancel the season, the Packers are the champs, right?[/sarcasm]
  21. That’s possible, but there is far less travel in the NFL vs. the NBA and NHL. Their ‘bubble’ may be tighter. In the NFL, teams travel once every two weeks. In the NBA and NHL, travel is constant.
  22. Giannis, DDV, and Wes Matthews all out tonight due to health and safety protocols. Let’s hope it’s just 1 game. https://www.nba.com/news/bucks-giannis-antetokounmpo-enters-nbas-health-safety-protocols
  23. I’m surprised they post this. I figured you just had to know somebody.
  24. The Packers have a better record against NFC opponents because one of their losses was to the Chiefs. None of the Bucs’ 3 losses have been to an AFC opponent, so the current playoff position would hold if both teams win out.
  25. Mason Crosby is 37. He’s scored the 14th most points in NFL history. There’s no shame in retiring or even getting cut at this point. Helluva job, Mason. I hope he can finish this season on a high note.
