    W/ Jason Bay going to Boston. EDIT : How were those pitches from Gagne? Balls? Did he have a case when arguing with the ump? Gamecast says they were right on the corner...

    I lol'd at that one. Sounds like we all need a lesson in managing expectiations http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif He's got 9 quality starts this year...just a lot of really crappy ones, too. Suppan usually seems to settle down by the time the game is already out of reach (i.e. he gives up 4 runs early, yet ends up making it 6 innings....)

    We got absolutely embarrassed this series. This is shameful. We better turn this around in a hurry.

    Well there was the game last Friday when he came in for Parra, gave up a hit and an walk, allowed 2 inherited runners to score and coughed up the lead. Kinda like what he did just now. It never fails I guess. I was looking at Cameron's stats, and holy cow. He struck out 40 times in May O.o EDIT : Are you kidding me? Right when I praise Riske...

    Silver Lining : David Riske has had a STELLAR month of July. 1.69 ERA. A few to many walks, but they haven't been scoring.

    This figure absolutely disgusts me. Can't expect to win ANY ballgames hitting like that. You can, however, hope to get lucky...

    Actually, what we need is another earfull from Braun. That seemed to do the trick after another series we had like this one in Boston.

    Jason Kendall is batting .174 since the AS break. I would imagine thats a sign that he needs a few days off, even if he doesn't want them.

    THE WHISTLES GO WHOOP! WHOOP! Bout time we got SOMETHING going. Let's at least get a couple runs, make this a game.

    While this series has been enormously dissapointing, there is no reason to jump off the ledge quite yet. Give it a few weeks. Hang there on the edge. Let the team talk us away from the edge and then we can do something productive.

    I really hope Ned Yost is done with this pitching platoon. He needs to pick the lesser of the 2 evils and stick with it. It is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. An alternative, that I think would actually work, would be to give Bush the first 3 innings, then big Mac the next 3.

    What were the totals for the STL and HOU series? I'm guess I'll cry when I see them.

    I could be wrong, but I think that is league-wide percentage, not the Brewers-only percentage. I would expect the Brewers only one to be about 2% instead of 43+%

    What happened on that Rickie Weeks play that he got double off on. I have to watch from MLB Gamecast while at work and it doesn't go into details.
