Lucroy Broken Right Pinky Finger

Technically, he could still throw with a broken pinky, but they won't let him. So it's really not worth talking about. -
Lucroy Broken Right Pinky Finger
PrinceEatMeat replied to RobDeer 45's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I agree. I'm worried as well. With Rogers history this could be really bad news. Yeah, this isn't good. Lucroy will be back in a few weeks to a month and be fine. We can't afford to have Rogers deal with more arm issues. We need him for insurance in AAA and for the future. Makes me wonder if we should've thought about dealing him instead of Jeffress or Odorizzi, just because of injury history. We can't afford to have anymore injury prone pitchers here. -
I see this as similar to past Brewers rotations now. Although Carpenter is better than Gallardo was, The rest of their guys are all average. I don't see Garcia having the same season he had last year.
-
The Cardinals now have Carpenter, Garcia, Westbrook, Lohse, and ? as their rotation. Carpenter is still a legit ace, Garcia is pretty good, and Westbrook and Lohse are both 4/5 starters. Whoever the 5th guy is will likely not be very good. I'm guessing they'll look to trade for someone fairly quickly.

Gamel seems to get hurt at the beginning of every Spring Training, or he comes in already hurt.
-
Wow, sucks for Wainwright, but it is good for the Brewers. The Cardinals really have no one to replace him either. With the whole Pujols situation, and now this, the Cardinals may have a very rough season. Would be interesting to have the division race be between the Brewers and Reds. Sounds weird to even say that, but I like it.

So how many times did Prince just say ya know during that interview? 50?
-
Of all the things they could talk about, it's Manny Parra. Wow.
-
Works for me, I'm in the Club Level.
-
Fixed again.
-
The show today seemed to show that they will be talking to Prince Fielder. Should be interesting.
-
Just letting everyone know that the Brewers will be featured on Baseball Tonight tomorrow for their spring training bus tour. It's on at 2:30 CT.
-
Thanks, that's great news!
-
I know, I got put there too actually. That really sucks.
-
Yeah, Rickie looks ripped. Other observations are that Gallardo has a mullet, and McGehee has a weird looking beard.

Same here! Got them in the mail yesterday!Curios, are those your season tickets or the extra tix you ordered for being a season ticket holder? I see that my card has been charged for what has to be my opening day tix and I really want to know where are seats ended up being. I looked online, but the tickets aren't listed under my account yet.Extra for being a season ticket holder. Mine are in club outfield.

July 4-6 The 3TO Show comes to Miller Park. Be ready! -
I'd take that as a birthday gift. Mine was a Packers loss to the Lions. But, my birthday wish came true when they won the Super Bowl, so it's all good. Lol.
-
Awesome deal. Loving it more and more as we go.
-
Yeah, I really never saw Farris as an option for an everyday 2B. A deal like this is way better than vastly overpaying Fielder. With the same money we can get Weeks and Marcum both extended for sure. Hopefully we are able to keep Greinke as well, especially since we'll be saving money for awhile on Gamel, McGehee, Lucroy, and most of our bullpen.
-
5 years 50 million is about what I expected. Assuming it is escalating I think it's reasonable.
-
Yes! This is very good news. Happy to have him around for the next 4 years. Next order of business is locking up Marcum and Greinke. Then we are set to go.

Who will be the Brewers' Offensive MVP in 2011?
PrinceEatMeat replied to And That's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Prince Fielder. Playing for an enormous contract. Enough said.
