What exactly is 'special' about losing in the NLDS? -
Lol. What a dumb comment. I'm inclined to agree they weren't anything special. They could only hit crappy pitching all year and as soon as the lights came on they were a wet paper bag, save for their one SP who did his job and got 1 swing to win a game. People can call it venting or whatever they want. But 95 wins, winning a division and bowing out 3-1 in the NLDS is completely forgettable. Yelich stinks, Hader's making a nice routine of this and Counsell, who is usually decent, had a pretty bad series.

Hader blows another playoff game and Jackie Yelich Jr. puts the cherry on top. Fits. Well done guys, again.

Braves deserve this series. We punched back a little in this game and they came right back each time. Got a lot out of their supposed weaknesses. They deserve every bit of this.

Yeah, pretty much there. At least if he's not there at all there is no obligation to put the money man in the lineup everyday.

Have to say I don't understand not just bridging Lauer with Woody if you knew he could pitch. I get hoping he can go on normal rest but this is an elimination game here.

I'd have had Hader ready here. He's of no value once it's 7-4.

That 2-0 pitch was close. Was a ball, but wasn't THAT far out. It happens. Don't know how he finish this one out. I don't have faith in the arms or the offense.

Really didn't matter at all until tonight, but yes, looming large tonight.

Scoring 4 runs and then being unable to pitch is a travesty.

I can't blame them for not throwing Hader yet. Someone has to pitch in this game. And I think they'd use him before the 9th today and attempt to get 2 innings. And you know, it'd be nice if you-know-who were available.
