    There is still a ways to go here but I was hoping they'd go for 2 the last time down. I knew they wouldn't, keeping the game-winning field goal in line and what not, but I figured you can still tie it with a FG if you miss, and if you make it, you could potentially go up 7 with a TD.

    That's quite a stretch. The Lions are a good team. They have played every good team on their schedule very tough. Meh, it’s a little of both. Detroit looks like a good team, but what’s the score without the 3 giveaways? 26-16 Packers? Lol. If the Packers had three takeaways we wouldn't be treating that like an asterisk.

    As far as I know the only time you get waived for helmet to helmet is during incidental tackling or blocking. With a ball in play like that, that flag is always getting thrown, right or wrong.

    Technically isn't leading with your helmet an offensive penalty that's just almost never called?

    Cobb would clearly have been worth 5 million for 1 year. I don't really think there's any question about this any longer. The chemistry he had with Rodgers? Yeah, he'd have helped out quite a bit. Especially in an offense more suited for his style of play. Agree to disagree. He original contract was dumb, his production dipped every year, he couldn't stay healthy and he was clogging PT for younger players. He didn't play yesterday, shocking.

    If anything it shouldn’t even be a flag. It really is kind of funny. I mean, not a guy getting decked like that, but no one bats an eye at that hit probably 10 years ago.

    I don't watch college football so the guy is new to me. But I would have loved to draft DK Metcalf. What an absolute freak of nature.
