I love Bo Ryan but this offensive gameplan might be the worst I've ever seen. They need to start working the ball inside and stop taking so many threes.

I am really starting to dislike BF.net. It seems everyday when I come here there is a new headline that puts me in a bad mood. Seriously though, I hope Casey is alright. Let's just hope the Brewers are getting there injuries out of the way early and this means we will have a healthy season. If not, I'm going to have to start taking my Brewers talk to the political board so I can use the appropriate language for how I'm feeling. -
Forbes values the Brewers currently at $376 million, up 7% from last year. Attanasio bought the team for $223 million. Not a bad investment.

That is unbelievable. To admit that he is a potential top of the rotation guy and then limit him to being a closer is absolutely ridiculous. However, I'd love the decision.

Great win by Marquette tonight. A few rough spots at times but overall they were impressive. I understand he has been playing out of position all season, but I won't be sad to see Buycks go after this year. Also, I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to the announcers try to carefully say "Hardcore Pawn" on TruTV these past 2 days.

I've noticed the sound difference too. Not sure I understand why it is like that but I can deal with it if it means being able to flip through different games. Some good games already with Morehead St. and Temple winning in the final seconds. Also, Temple gave me my first correct bracket pick which should tell you how my bracket is looking.

Looks like there is a good chance that TWC adds TruTV HD before the tourney. I hope this is true as I was not looking forward to watching the Marquette and Wisconsin games in SD.

I like the draw for Marquette although Syracuse in the 2nd round will be a tough one. Wisconsin has a tough game against Belmont coming up but if they can get past them, I think they go to the sweet 16.

Great win by Marquette last night. Even though they were probably already in, this secures their spot. The only downside is a possible higher seed now. Looking at Lunardi's bracketology (which I realize isn't exactly how things will look on selection sunday), he had them as a 10 seed yesterday playing Temple and then facing a Davies-less BYU in the 2nd round. He now has them as a 9 seed against Missouri and then they would have to face Pitt, a 1 seed. If they do move up to a 9, it could make their path a little more difficult.

Anyone else see the end of the Rutgers - St. Johns game? Without a doubt the worst reffing I've ever seen. A bunch of missed calls and then they simply ignore that there is still 1.7 seconds left as the St. Johns player runs out of bounds without dribbling and throws the ball in the air in a 2 point game. Terrible.

Blowout + Spring training game = Lengthy discussions regarding the different logos on Bill Schroeder's shirt. Other than that, I am really enjoying this game.

I had no problem with the Milwaukee feed on my computer today.

I don't care if it's only spring training. Listening to the Brewers crush the Cubs and then reading about a brawl in the Cubs dugout makes my day.

I don't really like any of those songs in general but I think most of them would be decent intro songs. However, I really wish he would add Grit from Jason Kendall's album "Rewind Yourself" to the list of choices. -

My belated new years resolution is without a doubt to use the phrase "rewind yourself" at least once a day. I'm not really surprised by this, for some reason I've always pictured him as being kind of nuts. -
I had the same reaction as most of you. At first I was sad to see it because I never like to see an athlete go down like that but then it occurred to me how much this helps the Brewers. However, the Cardinals do have a reputation of having no name pitchers step up so we'll have to see how this plays out.

I disagree. Maybe it's because I'm a bit of a pessimist but I love his honesty. I think most people are familiar with many of his past quotes and I'm looking forward to at least 2 years of his gems.
