  1. Pretty cool reaction video where Braun was there in support
  2. My reaction is they changed something with parking this year. I felt it was bad all year
  3. He spiked Pedroia on a slide into 2nd last year. They have a reason to boo him too. That makes sense and why am I not surprised.
  4. I never watched Machado until the NLCS as I just never watched games of his team (orioles or dodgers) so maybe this is common place but I find it funny Boston fans have continued the boo’ing of Machado. Anyhow, go Sox
  5. We need to strike out less. Guys like Puig and Machado get in our heads and we do squat as we swing at balls bouncing in the dirt. We just need a better approach to put the ball in play.
  6. The more Brewer hits, the more cheering. Good defense, more cheering. To me, it's on the Brewers. And really on their top of the lineup to jump out early. I just hope they don't hand out those towels. I am not much of a screamer but I do clap. Towels are a bad idea in my opinion.
  7. It would be nice to stop first pitch swinging and string some hits together
  8. Christian Yelich vs Dodgers this year: 6 Games with 0 or 1 hit and 5 games with 2 or more hits. He has not had a multi-hit game vs them yet. Lo Cain vs Dodgers this year: 8 games with 0 or 1 hit vs them and 3 games with 2 or more hits. Game 1 he had a multi hit game vs them and nothing since. They are both due to bust out - Lets Gooooooo!!!!
  9. Need Arcia to get a hit here. Then Guerra can bunt him over. Was a waste when we used Kratz, Shaw and Perez all in 1 inning.
  10. Not to me. I want Grandy up in these spots. Lefty righty - who cares
  11. Enjoy. The. Ride. Oh and #TrustTheNumbers #AnalyticsWins
  12. Let’s Gooooooo! Brewers are fine. Just need a reset game. All World Series winners run through some adversity. Let’s go Brew Crew!!
  13. Some good Gameday chatter from Dodger fan's on Brewers bullpen via Twitter: "Dodgers scored 21 runs in one game against this pitching staff. Obviously, the Brewers bullpen against the Dodgers is not that good." "Didn’t the Dodgers own them this year? I know postseason is different and the Brewers are on a run but the praise being showered on the B’s bullpen has been excessive. That said, right now....I’d take at least 2 of their RP’s over Jansen." "They’ve improved since but I agree it’s excessive. The dudes on MLB radio yest said they’d pick the 4 best relievers from Milw before they’d pick Jansen... gl with that lol" "I'm still of the mind that Jeremy Jeffress isn't unhittable. Unlike Hader, we can get to Jeffress. And Knebel??? He's missed quite a bit of baseball. He's not the same guy as earlier in the year." I am ready for some game action! Go Brewers and the lockdown back end. Game 1: Lets Gooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. 1. Game 1 - Woodruff/ Bullpen 2. Game 2 - Chacin 3. Game 3 - Miley 4. Game 4 - Gio 5. Davies - long man 6. Hader 7. Jeffress 8. Knebel 9. Soria 10. Burnes 11. Cedeno 12. Jennings 13. Kratz 14. Pina 15. Aguilar 16. Perez 17. Arcia 18. Shaw 19. Moustakas 20. Schoop 21. Yelich 22. Cain 23. Braun 24. Granderson 25. Broxton Stats at Dodger stadium: Anderson 0-3 with a 4 ERA - 7 starts Guerra - 0-1 with 8.4 ERA - 1 start Chacin: 5-5 with 4.96 ERA - 11 starts Gio: 3-1 with 2.4 ERA - 4 starts Miley: 4-0 with 2.0 ERA - 7 starts Davies: 1-0 with .64 ERA - 2 starts Jennings 3 appearances and Cedeno 5 appearances both have 0 ERA at Dodger stadium Thames 17 AB - .059 avg Broxton 17 AB - .059 avg Santana 9 AB - .333 avg
  15. I agree. Ride the bats that got you here. Aguilar last 7 games: 286/355/500/855 Last 15: 309/377/564/941 Last 30: 269/325/481/806 Ride it out and let’s just see what he does in Colorado.
  16. What makes me want the Brewers to keep on winning, more than just my fandom is so the national news HAS to talk about them. Watching the FS1 recap with Arod, Big Hurt & Papi. They just showed 5 plays and a total 1 minutes on the Brewers / Colorado game today. Wait til we sweep Colorado and the Dodgers have to come TO Milwaukee. Ya, we are the 1 seed.
  17. CC is either an evil genius or an idiot and my text threads tell me I am quite torn on the subject. Anyhow, I have backed Woodruff all year and continue to say he will be a good MLB starter some day. Hope today is that day. Leeeeeettttttttttts Goooooooooooooooooo!
  18. I just want more innings. Lots of em.
  19. Arenado should have tried throwing and they would have been forced to call interference
  20. I didn't say the Brewers are the favorites, and there's nothing that says multiple teams can't be equipped to win it at the same time, I'm saying this Brewers team is built to win in the postseason, and to win the World Series. I stand by that. I agree with that. The recipe if you want to call it that from the Royals of a few years ago is the right recipe for the Brewers to follow. We would all love to have some amazing front line starters that can go 8 and give up 1 run but the reality is we have starters that go 5 or 6 and give up 3. We just shut it down from there and just like the Royals always seem to do, chip away at a lead or build our lead as the other team has stopped scoring. The offense we have is a tough lineup to pitch too. Lots of players who take really good approaches at the plate and are really tough outs. Unlike in years past, if our top 2 hitters (say Cain and Yellich) don't do it all, I feel we can get runs from other spots (Aguilar, Braun, Shaw, Moose, Grandy, etc)
