Braun and Prince make me smile. Loe and RRR still make me frown. What is sick is RRR horrible management is getting bailed out/hidden by some great late game rallies.

I don't get why people get so upset about this. Lucroy isn't going to catch every game. Yes Nieves sucks, but that is on the Roster not on Wolf. My guess he'd rather have his friend Kottaras up. I know man, it is just annoying. If we had a day off and then Wolf pitched Lucroy wouldn't be catching which is why it is annoying as hell. Wolf has proven to be kind of a diva as well, and that is also annoying. If he was an ace it would be different, but he is far from that.

Couldn't have typed it better myself. Completely agree. Lucroy finally gets the bat going again and now he has to sit because of our Prima Donna #4 starter. I won't even start on how bad Nieves is.

Really? Estrada's actually pitched pretty well this year, especially out of the bullpen. Including this game, he's only given up 4 runs in 14 innings out of the bullpen (2 in 12 before this). Mitre's pitched well too but you can't act like Estrada has been awful.When did I say he was awful? I just don't see why he is in there in the 7th in a one run game when RRR could have gone with Hawkins who hasn't allowed a run in 15 appearances now. I don't know why I mentioned Mitre; he isn't any better. Frustration speaking there.ny

Who else is happy that he didn't take that extension? Me! I have never liked him even when he was doing good last year. Way too slow, no defense, and no history to back his now fluke year in 2010.

Well, you must be even sicker now. Ha, lazy play by Reyes Glad to see Estrada blow leads in his last two outings. Good thing RRR keeps putting him in with leads and keeps Mitre in a mop up role.

The Bradley pick is great, and the Jungmann pick makes me nevrvous. Bradley has a lot of upside and should be solid if not great. Jungmann reads a lot like Eric Arnett, which doesn't sit well with me. -
It has been a whole season of crap Casey McGehee in the 5 hole. Why wasn't he bumped down after 27 bad ABs until he finds his swing.

But Kots is so damn gritty how can he not play at least a few times a week. On a side note, did Corey have food poisoning last week or was he just sick? If it was food poisoning that takes a lot out of you. You don't eat anything for about 3 days and you fell wekk and drained for a week or two after. RRR might just be playing it safe since we have a long stretch of games here with no off days. Hate to abuse Hart and cash him out if he still isn't at full strength.

Even the Marlins announcers were pondering the same question. Estrada went change-change-change to Bonafacio in an excellent three pitch strikeout. Then he didn't throw a single changeup to Hayes, leaving him with the 3-2 slider to go for the grand salami. Seems like the Brewers have given up a lot of grand slams this year. I was thinking the same thing. Three straight CH for the first K, and then don't throw a single CH in the Hayes AB. Not sure if Jonathan was calling the pitches there or in Estrada was shaking him off, but it was a horrible call on that 2-2 pitch.

What's wrong with this lineup? McGehee and Betancourt both suck right now. Counsell and Wilson starting may be an improvement at this point. Plus, our 6 best hitters are batting 1-6 in the order. I don't see anything wrong with it.Agree with you Prince.. Casey is rotten right now and Yuni is Yuni. At thevery least we have sold gloves on the left side of the infield today.

My name is Casey McGehee and I suck. I remember reading a post last week that he had 1 extra base hit in his last 54 ABs. He has to have about 1 extra base hit in his last 80 ABs now. What a great bat to keep in the 5 hole.

Well thank God the wife wants to go out to dinner and a movie tonight. I think this is one of those games I am going to be glad I didn't watch. Hopefully Yo dominates and the bats heat up and I can come home and be surprised with a win.
