  1. I'm in. I'm in. I started my own when I take a shoot every time they Brewers gets a hit.
  2. I want an answer before the next game on what they heck is going on with Thornburg. He was lights out in April.
  3. I didn't see the play, but reading Gomez's explanation of his thought process, what he did seems far from a Little League play. Sounds like seasoned pro making a strategic call based on what he was seeing. Not everybody is as fast as he is. He made a stupid mistake. If he payed attention he should have seen Braun wasn't at home plate. A good base runner is aware of his surroundings at all times. Gomez is the worst base runner on the team, when he could be the best, that's alarming.
  4. Morales? They can find a better 1B man than that with the farm system they have. Agree about keeping Nelson up. Release Weeks and trade for a good 2B/SS backup player. Start Gennett full time. The more he sees LHP the better he will get. Weeks is hurting his development. It's time to improve the bench and Melvin needs to wake up an do it and realize he doesn't have good backup options in the Brewers system.
  5. How about someone teach a pro MLB player in Gomez baserunning 101. He runs the bases like a little league player. Are the Brewers even teaching him this? Gomez is a great ball player, but his base running is keeping him from being elite. I'm all for aggressive, but not stupid, and theirs a huge difference between the two.
  6. Could have. Could have turned out differently. I'm pretty confident it would have been different. He'd move Schafer over to 2B or single, and then the old fashioned sac fly. Throwing weeks out there was a guaranteed out.
