Major League, when they show County Stadium rocking prior to the playoff game.

I just started an ESPN league so we can do a draft there. Please, those in the league, tell me what you would prefer.

I thought the cartoons were the best thing "Star Wars" related brought out in the last 20 years.

I just got rid of my old IE and got the latest version and everything is now working. Thought I would share in case this happens to anyone else.

Looking for a throwback, maybe a Cooper or a Thomas, but everything find is 250. I don't know if I want to go that high? Is there any store out there that sells throwbacks that you know of?

I was just wondering when tickets are sent out for the season ticket holders? Is there a specific date or even does anyone know when they were sent out last year?

Jusr called Charter and got transerred a couple times and then told they don't know. Nice.

I think the Powder Blue is 80's, and the pinstripe was his rookie year.

It was not a dream and the wicked witch does indeed get her pretty and feeds her to the flying monkeys, while the Lion rips the Scarecrow apart after an altercation regarding whom the Tinman loves in their assorted love triangle. The Wizard of Oz gets a Napolean type complex and hires the Munchkins out as mercenaries to take over the land. After the Munkins are getting beat on many fronts The Wizard ends up taking his life and Auntie Ems, who had taken a great fancy towards power, in a bunker.

Kevin Spacey has sex with the underaged girl and instead of getting shot, goes to prison where he gets 25 years of pounding from Bubba and Tiny.

I am equally outraged at both of these events. I am also outraged at japanesebugfights. I would love to have everyone respect life, all forms but that will never be the case. I am officially a hypocrite as well as I love me some meat. In the end we just got to let people figure out what works for them. If they sleep well at night and it's not against the law, then that's that. cockfighting=dogfighting without the thought of laws being broken

This is the only place I have heard about this. Is this for real and why isn't it front page news?

We have four who have voted so far. Please do so if you haven't.

    I bought Brewers season tickets.

Sad or pathetic. One of the two in my mind but I am wavering back and forth on which one.

Unless the incentives are knife related I think it will stick at around 8 million. Not a bad living and thank God the Brewers are not stuck with this sort of thing.

Wikipedia not showing any baseball player with the nickname "Animal". Dang it.

Danny Darwin? It's tough they all have moustaches.

Much like everyone else, I have progressed... Starts with RBI Baseball then Ken Griffey Jr. Slugfest then All-Star Baseball on PS2 then MVP Baseball 05 on PS2 and last year I got MLB 2K7 The best one though is MVP 05. I still play it and have completed 4 full (162 game) seasons.

Case closed then. It's like an episode of Mythbusters.

I was thinking about this and for away games is there any rule against batting your previous days pitcher in the 9 hole on the off chance he gets up to bat in the first. We could then pinch hit for him instead of having to bat our pitcher in what is more than likely a run producing spot? I know this seems almost Billichek'ish but if it gives us an advantage then maybe it's something to think about. I understand that this rarely does happen and you would have to weigh the difference between the pitcher and pinch hitter in terms of percentages and in the end so it might not even be worth the hassle. On the other hand, you can never have enough runs. Other things to consider are whether it is against the rules and whether it would become an issue with the starting pitcher coming out of the pen in the bottom of the first. Just something to consider or scoff at, either is fine.

I made a new thread so I can mess with the title if needs to to get someones attention. I created the yahoo league today, same settings. The forums are up and ready to go. We need to decide if we want to do a live draft or a forum draft (like last year) so please vote ASAP in the draft talk thread. I choose a time that might work for the live draft but EVERYONE would have to be there otherwise it would become an issue. Here are the list for those involved... razzzorsharp, afeter, casselsuglies, nullbyte, Laux, fossas, Skillz, Bench Coach, Pump and Dump (not a BF.netter), and Rightomac.
