    I know I'll use "hell" sometimes, but since Brewerfan is usually very concerned with its image, I thought I'd mention some concern for the site for it's ingame threads. I'm writing this because I just saw P.O.S. written, and I've seen other things like that where people think abbreviating or typing sh** or something is acceptable. Just thought I'd bring this up for the sake of the image of this site edit: also, at least one *** dropped in the thread today

    guys, you also forgot "drink coffee". It amazed me in the fall league how guys can pound coffee during games when it's hot out

    I'm telling you right now. The only way this game can end is on a Jenkins strikeout. so Bruce is calling the bases loaded strikeout by Jenkins to end the game. We shall see.

    If you want a specific month just look at last september. .299 avg, 6 doubles, 2 triples, 7 HR, 22 RBI in 107 AB. yeah, in both '03 and '04 his numbers at the end of the year were good because he got hot in August/Sept, a month after the team went in the tank. Although in '03 he did help get them started to the winning streak before he got hurt

    When Jenkins has been on in the past, he's hit lefties well. But not when he's trying to pull things onto the road. And in fairness, I'd take Jenkins batting there over Magruder. Chris can drive them occasionally, but we'd need a defensive replacement for him.

    the good news fellas is that this inning we have Miller, Branyan, and Hardy, meaning we have a chance for a shot from the Muscle, and the top of the order coming up for another chance. Also, we're only down one. As frustrating as this is, it's been a good game thus far

    that was abysmal. My dad was calling the Jenkins strikeout on the high heater. I was calling the fastball over the plate that he takes for strike three. I owe him a buck I guess

    for a 90 mph 2-0 heater over the plate, Jenks was way late

    I think they like 1 inning right now from Bottalico, since our pen is rested and he'd be available tomorrow

    not to jinx us, but a steal would be nice. getting Clark to scoring position off the slow delivery of Fox and slow release of Barrett

    great job there. Pretty much K'd the side using two pitches, fastball in and changeup down and away. Could see the trend right away, and he milked it all inning
