  1. Hart was moved to 3rd and was a complete hack defensively at 3rd.
  2. The only thing I would say is that I want some better consistency from our players. Hardy has been so streaky like last year, Prince has been worse. CF's production has been a light year's difference than last so that has made up for it. I am sick of this years LF bats 3rd, 3rd base bats 6th, and CF bats 7th. I would rather see Hammerin' Cameron bat 6th to see if he could have less solo homers and more of a opportunity to drive in runs.
  3. As long as it's not Mark Cuban, who cares?
  4. There was no play because of Cameron's lack of hustle. He still picked up the ball before Rivas is there. I watched it again on TiVo. No arguing about stats when it was clear as day. A good throw to the cutoff man and he is dead to rights at the plate. Watch it again when Rivas hesitates before the ball hits the ground.
  5. Let's not forget his awful play on the Sanchez triple. And if you watched the Rivas play again, he played the ball poorly and over threw the cutoff man. And Rivas was not even close to 3rd when he grabbed the ball. And how far he had to run? That is a good one. Watch the play again.
  6. My vent is the absolutely ridiculous strike zone that Carlos Marmolade gets. The 3rd strike call to Guzman with the bases loaded in the 8th was horrible and at least 8 inches inside.
  7. Cameron had a good plate game today but his lack of hustle and poor throw in the 9th nearly cost the game. Rivas held at 2nd and no way should've scored.
  8. Add Lady Marmolade to that one. 3-2 8 inches off the plate to Guzman gets the call with the bases loaded. Unreal again today. I hate the Cubs.
  9. Lance Berkman - always whinning when we play the Astros and his half hour HR trot Shambrano - the way he wears his cap and his antics ElClownso Sorrimano - pose after not hitting homers and his taunts in Miller Park Jose Velverde - his antics on the mound Bill Hall - and his pose after he makes contact Derek Lee - the fact he argues ball and strikes with his miniscule strike zone Jim Edmonds - his bush league attitude now that he's with the ScRubs. Jason Giambi - Never cared for him when he took the HGH and money to NY. HGH Clemens - His beaming of Piazza, the bat tossing incident at Piazza, and his total demeanor.
  10. I was just curious as to how anyone knows what the Brewers will lose or gain for revenue before the season ends? I also would think the added seats in the stands and success mean more concession sales along with merchandise. Not sure how this is figured but when I hear that he's going to lose money, I scratch my head.
  11. I'd take a guy like Darryl Hamilton over Mike Cameron any day of the week. Good leadoff hitter and a solid defender light years better than Juan Pierre. What drives me nuts about Cameron's bat at the plate is his inability to get hits with runner's on and his solo homers. It would be nice if he would do that with runners on. He is a decent defender but no matter how you add up those plays, they are ones that cost us games.
  12. Escobar is great? And how do we know this?
  13. He has not been that great defensively. He misplayed a ball in Colorado to cost the Brewer a game. He also misplayed a ball hit by Berkman this year that turned into a triple. Sure he has a bunch of solo homeruns, he's also left a ton of base this year.
  14. Gindl with the salami tonight. Defense is atrocious though....
  15. Those Tony Gwynn and Wade Boggs guys really stunk.
  16. If Dave Bush would not have those few walks that he has bite him like they do, he would be a solid 3 guy. He has no hit stuff at times.
  17. If the Brewers end up needing another starter and get Greinke along with that would be two solid additions.
  18. And he also hasn't been exactly Willie Mays defensively, so it's a wash.
  19. I guess Rickie Sheffield needs a change of scenery only if the price is right. Another top talent drafted by the Brewers not living up to the hype so far.
  20. I am not saying it should be any bargaining chip. My only point is that if Sheets was a little better bat handler, he'd have a better chance at some more victories.
  21. Never make the first out at 3rd. Common rule in the managerial for Dummies book.
  22. It would've helped if Sheets was a little better with the bat. His bunting skills let alone contributed to last night's loss.
  23. You have stats to back this up? Considering the source, #1 fan in the Rickie Weeks and Ben Sheets apologist club, you might want to check that. Oh and you think Ben Sheets poor bunting skills had nothing to do with OFFENSE last night, call me.
  24. Let's see LF bats 3rd, 3rd base bats 6th and CF bats 7th...straight from the Baseball Managerial moves for Dummies.
