It's official, Arnett is out 5-6 months after surgery. Probably won't come back this year. Look on the bright side, one more spot open for someone else to shine.
-
Actually, that was the Arizona (Maryvale) Brewers. Yadiel Rivera, Max Walla, Kevin Shackelford, and Tyler Roberts were on that roster. Actually it was both the 2010 Helena Brewers and Arizona League Brewers...Maybe some of the guys will have 3 rings now.
-
It's a second ring for some of the T-Rats guys. Helena Brewers won a Championship a couple years ago.

Should of let Henderson pitch the ninth!
-
Routine ground ball straight at him, that he booted, the runner from second ran in front of him while going to third. You still need to make that play. How can you classify that as a hit? I have seen this happen a lot this year and it hurts our pitching staff's numbers. Rivera has made some outstanding plays at shortstop this year, but then he makes errors on the most routine play.
-
The ninth inning error by Rivera, should of been kept an error. Typical home team official scorer padding offensive stats. Obviously there needs to be an official scorer school where they learn, what is a hit and what is an error. Midwest league official scorers are the worst.

Crew signs Livan Hernandez
dacbrewers replied to Marc Newfield of Dreams's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Hernandez? Really, what is going on with this signing? I've watched enough of him through the years to come up with a clear picture of how he pitches. NOT VERY WELL!!! Why did we sign this guy? -
Minor League Transaction Thread
dacbrewers replied to Jim Goulart's topic in Brewers Minor League Talk
Speaking of Outfielders coming in...I witnessed Franklin Romero do it on a consistent basis at Helena. Drives pitchers nuts. -
I'll second that. Let K-rod pitch 8th and 9th. If a guy's pitching good....leave him in.
-
I'll be there too, flying in from NorCal.

2012 Minor League Transaction Thread -- Pre-Draft
dacbrewers replied to Jim Goulart's topic in Brewers Minor League Talk
I thought the same about Pokorny. He was trending better and deserved a shot. His numbers are better than a first rounder that the Brewers keep moving up. Makes me wonder what they see in some people as opposed to others.
