    The two main problems that I've run into with Safari are: 1. The posting toolbar (links, images, bold, italic, etc.) doesn't appear in the post composition page. 2. The browser crashes whenever I deal with one of those confirmation pop-up windows ("Yes, I want to make this person my friend." or "Are you sure you want to logout?"). These are mere annoyances, and I like Safari way too much to switch over to Firefox.

    Some people may have suggested the no IGT/chat thing out of superstition, but not me. After Sunday, I felt that a majority of people on this board would benefit from an extra day off, and it would give the mods a much needed break. Unfortunately, people can't seem to respect this, and the Vent Thread was turned into a makeshift IGT; it was locked as a result.

    But they allow trash like this. This is an embarassing post. I'm embarassed to be considered in the same fan base as this crap. And your diatribe is somehow acceptable? It's a travesty that people get banned/reprimanded for disagreeing with people on this board, but yet people are allowed to take absolute below the belt shots at players (who for all we know read the board) and the mods look the other way. That's a pretty accusatory statement. Would you care to back that up with anything?

    The Cubs are a good ball club, but they will not be able to sustain the .718 (23-9) ball they've played since June 22. On top of that, the Cubs have been slightly lucky in that time period. Their Pythagorean win expectancy has them at a .653 winning percentage, which would amount to a 20-12 record in that time.

    I'm curious about where the ball ended up. If it entered the dugout or the stands, the batter would not have been able to advance all the way around the bases; of course, it also depends on when the ball might have exited the playing field as well.
