"Left foot contusion"...I'd say that's our first Phantom IL trip since it became the IL, but not sure why they wouldn't just send him down. Love that they're fairly quick to get Jackson up. The Hart move makes sense as well - he was good in his first stint, and with Claudio not being good lately I like another lefty right now over Williams. Plus it's a good test that justifies freeing up his 40-man spot if he ends up not doing as well this time.

I think Braun does miss it, but can't they call it a double based on interference? Difficult to make a clean play on it when you're getting a shower.

I tried to forget how terrible he was defensively. Was wondering how his WAR was .1 despite really good offensive numbers and leading the AL in RBIs. His oWAR is .9, and his defense is so bad it offsets. -

And beyond them there's Wilkerson, Smith, Jankins, Supak. There's just too much depth to not be able to piece together a rotation the rest of the way. We're cursed if there aren't five serviceable starters to be had from 14 pitchers that have either had MLB success, have a ton of talent, or are having a ton of success in the upper level minors. There should be a few bullpen contributors left over to boot.
