    Yeah, Turang is just a better pick over Arraez. Reputation pick there, and not in for team representation. Jeff Hoffman seems favorable to Megill or Hudson, unless you emphasize save counts. Or if you want to dispute Skenes pitching 10 career games and getting in, but can't blame MLB for putting him on display.
