  1. Ok Bauers, you may remain on the team.
  2. There's another game in the cleanup spot...
  3. Ok, if there really are no other options then calling up Ernesto Martinez from AA might be worth it to replace Bauers.
  4. Oh look, Perkins robbed a certain homer.
  5. A dude who's 35 and last pitched in the majors when he was 26. I'm surprised he's not in a Brewers uniform with a history like that.
  6. I'd say yes, only because the pen can't keep throwing. Maybe they then get away with Ashby to Williams and get Koenig and Payamps a day off. If someone blows the lead then throw Wilson out there and hope.
  7. Update: He's now trying to mock himself by saying Choo-RIO again. It's even worse than the honest mistake. Back to alternate audio!
  8. Wow, no way Ortiz goes home with that if he's running. Given a free run.
  9. Oh look, Adames hit a 3 run home run.
  10. We good now for anyone who turned off audio. AJ and Myers corrected him.
  11. Ah, got it. Thanks.
  12. Why recall Hall tomorrow when he just pitched? Wouldn't it make sense to get Herget or Jay for a few days, then recall Hall when he's actually ready to pitch?
  13. Two-fer today! A number not worn since 1992.
  14. There's a rarity. A position player pitcher mound visit. I was going to add "and by the manager", but it would actually be funnier if the pitching coach came out.
  15. Finally Hoskins. That's Powerball Home Run #22!
  16. Moar baseball time. Let's go DL, Joe, and Bryce!
  17. Ahead of his time, Jose Hernandez was a productive player with power at his position, who happened to strike out a lot. The Brewers limited his playing time near the end of 2001 and his All-Star 2002 season, when he compiled 185 and 188 strikeouts, to keep him from breaking Bobby Bonds' all time single season record of 189. His #2 position on that list has since slipped all the way down to 45th and falling every year. Unfortunately, I have no idea what's up with that bird.
  18. Phew. Double headers are nerve-racking until you get one win sealed. Now we can relax tonight.
