When he comes up, I hope it's clear to CC that 1) he isn't coming up to be Tyrone Taylor's backup and 2) he's not a #9 hitter who gets pinch hit for as soon as a lefty shows up.
-
Hoping his Vulture luck spurs the offense. -
This game's been a good audition for a roster spot next year for Feliciano.
-
Hey, Mario! Channeling his inner Pina.
-
Mets also called up their #2 prospect yesterday after six games spent in AAA. Jacked a 2-run shot on his first MLB swing.
-
In case that .275 OBP from Taylor doesn't inspire you, Frelick is 3-3 with a walk again tonight.
-
He said we knew we were down a run there. He said Craig Kimbrel is a tough pitcher. He said he was trying to move the runner over. He said he took a gamble. He said he was taking advantage of what he was given. He said he was glad it paid off.

About as close to it seeming like it could be game over in the first inning while still putting up a zero.

13-2 this month without Kershaw or Buehler. Must be nice. And Dustin May returns for the first time since he blew out the UCL against us last season to make his season debut Saturday. He might be the best starter they have.

? Why is Cousins still on rehab assignment again?
-
Sophia translating post-game should be called 'He Said' Live
-
CC going to bench Renfore tomorrow for bunting.
-
And with a team that an incompetent moron could get 95 wins out of, yet they also happen to have a great manager. Because why not.
-
I didn't know Tormund Giantsbane was in a band and plays for the Dodgers.
-
Two more runs than yesterday already.
-
He said the Dodgers don't give up a lot of home runs so he said they've got to be patient, and he said they need to make the pitchers work he said and get some traffic he said on the bases he said and try he said to get some big multi-run innings he said that he said he thinks he said that would be the key he said to beating the Dodgers.
-
They're not getting rid of Counsell. Though I'd be less shocked than most if he came to the conclusion that he wasn't up for it any longer.
-
At least it was a fast death and not a four hour game for once.
-
Ooops, wrong Hunter Renfroe. But yay!
-
Re: Yelich and Adames, will say that once Frelick is up he should be inserted into the #1 or #2 slot. I predict CC will have him at #8 or #9.
-
Mario!

Saves this month Bush: 2 Hader: 0
-
I think it's Bush.
-
Getting no hit by a senior citizen. Perhaps a third hitting coach will do the trick.
-
Why not Cousins?
