Is there collusion against the Brewers by the MLB? First a bunch of rules that seem to target their strategies from a season ago. Now through three games, there has been just about every call that has gone against them. I'm not sure if this should be in blue, yet...

Big difference between being 26 and 22 as well. There will be growing pains with Peralta and I'm sure Woodruff as well.

Agree. I know we are not used to having 22-year old starters in our presence but I wish we could pump the brakes on some of the things being said about him. Let him develop and learn. He’s shown that he has the stuff.

If it were my decision on the either/or, I’d want to see Burnes make his first mlb start. You make a very good point. I was thinking that Sunday lineup might appear but we really don’t have bad bench options.

Have to think they just didn't want to invest something like 5/130 in him and didn't want to give up much for a 1 year rental. Especially when they've got a pretty good young 1st basemen whom they control for the next 5 years. Wouldn’t shock me to see their OPS at about a 200 point difference. Goldschmidt is a game changer. Oh well. What could have been.

Goldschmidt getting to play 81 games at Miller Park would give you your 5th player to win MVP. Wish we had made that move.

Ok, much smarter than us a given. But how much a plan can you have when your two closers down just in the last 3 weeks. One last week. Am Curious to see how Counsell handles this pen. I sure am glad they’re not panicking like you seem to be. We heard the same shenanigans last year with our starting pitching all off season. Could Kimbrel help? Sure could. Could help a lot of teams. But to act like you have the slightest clue about teams willingness to sign him is just odd.
