    I could do without Thames leading off. Cain-Yelich have been doing an excellent job atop the lineup. About the only part of it that has been pretty consistent.

    I don’t think “oh well, they would have lost anyway” is a good way to evaluate pitcher effectiveness. Based on what you have seen so far are you comfortable with Boone Logan continuing to pitch in close games moving forward? It was more of a remark to the constant line that Counsell cost us the game yesterday by pitching him. It wasn’t evaluating Boone. We all know he’s struggled since joining the team. It’s also been like 10 innings worth of work. Will he continue to suck? Most likely. Counsell was probably trying to ride the three strikeouts from the night before into something more. It didn’t work. So yeah, oh well. We would’ve lost anyways because we don’t score runs consistently.

    I really wish Boone could’ve helped us score more runs. Really could’ve helped us win that game yesterday.

    Scoring one run lost the game. Boone Logan sucks but the game was lost on offense again.

    Nine walks, got picked off twice, and we have only scored one run. Not gonna win doing that no matter if Boone pitched or not.

    Congrats to 200 stolen bases for Braun. Only the third Brewer to get there.

    I saw it once and it was clear he was out. Stupid base running taking away opportunities today. Might end up costing them a win, who knows.

    I don’t think it is wise to give up multiple pitching prospects who are close to being MLB ready for a rental.

    If you’re going to be a pessimist, at least be an informed one. Calling that he’ll walk two, for really no reason other than wanting to be a Debbie Downer is flat out annoying. You should be able to see this... if you don’t.. [sarcasm]yes, full ban.[/sarcasm] Either way, everyone’s had their moments around here. Lessons learned. Cheers!

    15-16 minute half inning and most of it very little action. Can’t imagine why people think baseball is boring and takes too long.

    Other than it being extremely annoying and against what I believe should be against the rules, I agree. Why is against the rules?? Just two guys switching spots on D. No issue. Make them pay. ...it is not against the rules. I’m against bringing in relievers for one batter. It’s killed offense in the game and pace of play. This is why I said that I believe it should be against the rules.

    Duensing twists an ankle chasing a fly ball, or makes a dreadful throw allowing an inside the park home run. Wonder how many times this would occur if a pitcher did hurt themselves.

    2018: 14 appearances, only 1 with more than 1 base on balls. So what, stats schmats. If you predict they're going to blow a game every time, eventually you'll be right and be able to say "See, I told you so." In 2017, it only happened like 5-6 times in 76 outings. Doom and gloom. As dramatic as a middle school kid around here sometimes.
