Too bad he wasn’t out there playing RF for that ball.

I have my mlb app settings to get scoring updates from Brewers games. Anyone else do this and not getting them?

CC doesn’t pull the trigger on any players. That’s Stearns job. And your couldn’t resist comment amongst the Aguilar “haters” comment are comedic gold. Players slump, until they don’t. Aguilar is coming out of his and looks to be putting another stretch together. ALL Brewers fans are happy about that. Better get your head out of the sand.

Syndergaard and deGrom

I still am not understanding why you wouldn’t build around these guys if they’re so good. -
Making a case for an early promotion of Corbin Burnes

Holy overreaction. Uhh... why? I wanted Hader in the rotation. He’s now in the pen. I’d rather see Burnes in the rotation than Suter or a guy like Miley. He will now most likely be in the pen. The reaction is completely justified. These decisions suck IMO. -
Dodgers bullpen needs...

I just cannot wrap my head around this, at all. Edit: Clancy, could you go further on your evaluations of these players? I’m really interested. Barnes and Woodruff have pretty good value and Barnes especially is helping us this year. -

First Hader and now Burnes. Woof. -
You don’t like Davies? I’m a little confused on that. I miss something?
-
Struggling for offense but we can’t put Aguilar at 3B and Braun in LF. Especially with Shaw out. Counsell needs to look in the mirror when wondering why some of this crap happens. Perez either starts at SS or he doesn’t at all. So dumb.
-
And now we see why he was used when he was lately. He was given the opportunity to show he belonged. He failed. Buh bye now.
-
If adding Hiura is the only way it gets done, pass. That kid is gonna be a star and he’s going to be cheap. At second base? You can’t ask much more of the opportunity the Brewers have with this kid.

Shaw and Aguilar were not in the lineup last night. So maybe he was referring only to last nights game not that those two haven’t been streaky themselves.
-
Brewer Get: JT Realmuto Marlins Get: Jesus Aguilar, Luis Ortiz, Jacob Nottingham Would allow them to shop Bour and play Aguilar at 3B (their black hole) in the meantime. They get a very good pitching prospect and their catcher of the future. We get a huge missing hole in our lineup.

I don't know about that. Right now the pen is this team's strength in my opinion. They are and can continue to be even more so by adding to it. I want Seth Lugo and put him in that long man situation. He’s a guy that can come in and give you 2-3 innings no problem.

Edited.

Calling out some guys. I like it.

Even though Santana has struggled he could have been used for Thames

Feast or famine continues.
-
Hader hasn’t been sharp as of late. That falls on Counsell.
-
Chacin not happy to leave this ball game.
-
But.. but.. it’s the number of outs or some bull crap.
-
Villar smoked that ball too. Really seeing it well from the left side.
-
Well Villar did it sooooo.... yeah.

This game is a snooze-fest.
