I checked and 4 of his now 7 HRs this early season have had a man on. Now if we could only get TWO men on for him... I wonder what percentage overall of all home runs are solo shots, two-run shots, etc...

Domingo has still been better than Braun No, he hasn't. But either way, they both have been crummy to begin the year. It looked like last night was going to be a turning point for Braun but... calf.

Bubba Derby is gonna be hard not to protect if he keeps pitching well at AAA. -
Perez being on the team shouldn't be the problem. He is a fine bench bat that can come in the game and provide you quality defense in a lot of areas. Forcing him into the lineup (and batting him in the top half) is the problem. I'm sure Braun needed the day, and maybe Cain got dinged up last night but at least shove him down in the lineup. Oh... and why is Bandy starting? Nottingham is 23, not 33.

-Why would CC give starts to Perez in the OF? If he does this over the four he has on our roster, he should be fired on the spot and I'm not kidding. He may end up playing out there based on in-game substitutions or seasons injuries but if there are no injuries out there, there is no reason for him to be out there. He is an emergency OF on this team. That's it. Period. -. My fears are coming true. CC can't stop playing mediocre guys as much as possible. -
I don't know who I am more upset with... Braun or Counsell. They are both dead to me at the moment.
