We play them four times...we can easily catch them. We just swept them at Wrigley. I understand they didn't have their best starters going, but we played them well each time. Winning 3/4 wouldn't be that hard to imagine. Unlikely. Unlike last time, the Cubs have the pitching edge in the 4 game series coming up. Oh, well I guess I won't watch those ones then. Brewers have no chance.

Clancy I know Suter is your guy but he just doesn't have the stuff to make it through the order 2-3 times. He would best be used as a long man 2 times a week coming out of the pen and spot starts if needed.

I complained about attendance because I have high expectations and I want this team supported to the fullest. Could make a difference going forward. I get all the points being made, trust me. Just wish the Brewers did a better job getting people to come in and work.

I'm impressed with the crowd participation in this one but I'm not impressed with selling 19K in tickets. That stadium should've had standing room only sold out in a pennant race and a gift of three home games that originally weren't theirs. What the hell are people busy doing up in Wisconsin anyways?!! Pack that place!

Don't buy it. Not calling you a liar but he's been running just fine. Even stole a base the other day. Braun needs to stay within himself and swing at strikes. Trying to do too much and it's showing.

Just such bad plate discipline. Worst I've ever seen him have. Too bad too. Shaw sucks as well. Our 3-4 hitters have been such a let down.

In no way do I think it is one persons fault and I won't get into the trickle down debate but having a .900+ Braun in the 3-hole does wonders for any lineup.

Patiently waiting for a Braun hot streak but has a feeling as though he'll finish the season with an OPS in the .700's which most likely will leave the Brewers out of a playoff spot.

Or more skill. Santana comes up with that and Bour is out by a mile. Yeah that too. Would have been nice for Santana to come up big there but at least Sogard made the play he did.
