    Reed hasn't really earned his promotion this year.

    Just looking through some of the Rangers top prospects stat lines, there's not much to write home about in terms of how they are producing. Not one of them are dominating their level. Maybe the Rangers are a team to stay away from?

    Maybe they are waiting until the trade deadline to see how it shakes out before making a move in CF? Who knows? But Kirk is at the end of the line unless he gets extremely hot.

    Carter is a great guy for us to having as we go through the rebuild. He's blocking no one and produces.

    Mitch Ghelfi is having a nice year in Wisconsin. Switch hitter that plays 1B and catcher. He's already 23 so it'd be nice to see him promoted and find out what he can do at the next level.

    This type of trade would be disappointing.

    Maybe it's going to be an expensive offseason for them since the new stadium is on the way.

    I would rather they pair Lucroy with let's say Thornburg/Jeffress and hold onto Smith to make another deal with a team for at least one more high ceiling prospect. If possible...

    Erceg is the Brewers first basemen of the future. Hopefully this guy continues to rake!

    Mejia would be another possible lefty added to our rotation with Hader.

    Why not? Everything is available and should be. Trading one of Jeffress or Smith doesn't make the other one less expendable. Maybe it doesn't but it's also not set in stone that both are gone. I could see them holding onto Jeffress.

    I want "the guy" who just happened to come within the "package." That's what will put this franchise over the top with this rebuild.

    You first. Any pitcher will come to MKE if they want to pay them. And I'm not sure there is an ACE in the league that has went 1 or 2 in the draft. Some first rounders of course but you're being over dramatic.

    Puig is the exact opposite of a player we need on this team. He's a cancer. You would be trading Braun who actually seems to be a mentor to young guys for a guy that is just bad and has a horrible attitude. I hope these aren't the type of players Stearns is even considering.

    But it's pretty much the only thing he does well. And that one thing got his namesake $160+ million from the Orioles this off season. This is so wrong I'm not even sure why I'm replying. Oriole Davis is such a superior player. It's not even a comparison really. Not that I love WAR but Khris Davis has a lifetime 5.2 while Oriole Davis matched that last year alone.

    If Stearnd moves Garza, he should go directly into the Brewers HOF and have his name up next to Ueckers in the stadium.

    Smacking around Lamb. Reminds me of Randy Wolf a bit. Tossing about 87-88. Not going to cut it missing spots.

    Anyone know if he was a childhood Mets fan? He grew up in Eustis, Florida. About 400 miles away and would be grown up in the era of some great Braves teams. Maybe that makes a difference?
