Santana was jammed on a key 3-1 pitch yesterday. Not today as he mashes a double! Carter smoked that ball too. Dang it. Been so close to the knock out punch on Houston's ace today. Hope it doesn't come back to bite us.

I don't think it's going to happen. As much as the Rangers could use Lucroy, it doesn't feel as though they want him. -
Santana had a 3-1 fastball a plate appearance ago that ate him up. Chance to redeem himself! SHOOT!! Still an enjoyable game to watch. Peralta is a mess but the rest of the game was competitive and exciting. Nelson for the series win tomorrow!

Rivera and Walsh need to play more. Hill needs to become a bench player. Let the young bats smack it around a bit.

Good question. You know, you can't trade everyone. Gennett is young and packed on muscle so if his growth is for real I think the Brewers have to hold onto him. Not sure why we would have to extend him though. He's not a free agent until 2020.

Not true. While it hasn't been a deep pitching organization. Fiers, Nelson, Jungmann are three I can think of that have come out and there might be others.

Running on Luc all day long. Peralta, hit the showers. You stink.

Braun unwilling to take that off speed pitch to right field. He's usually very good at that but today it's been ugly.

At some point we have to look at our 3B coach. The players change but the silliness continues.

A base running blunder gets us a run but costs us an out. Blah.

I think two of those things can be helped by a better, more repeatable delivery. Wily hasn't made one adjustment since last season so why would the results be any different? Always amazes me with that thinking.

Kind of an expensive experiment seeing he already makes $3mil. Money isn't really an issue right now though so I guess it is plausible. Honestly I think he needs to turn in a 2014 type season or be moved out of the rotation. Too many other guys waiting in the wings. I hoesntly think that a big problem he has is trying to over throw the baseball. Sliders don't break harder just because you try to out maximum effort into the pitch. You can see it in his delivery. When he is pitching well he does fall way off on his release. When he's wild/erratic, he's flailing away out there.
