  1. Who have we bought high on?
  2. He’s also still getting on base at a reasonable clip and the average is one of the better ones. Not saying much but his low slugging doesn’t kill you at the top.
  3. I agree Briggs. This is also a way we can stay within a better budget. I think this is what he thought he was doing with Garcia. I think they saw a lack of power and could help bring it out and it just hasn’t worked.
  4. Urias came back off a wrist injury that more than likely would have allowed him to work out kinks in AAA before joining the team. This is a good example of the goofiness of this season.
  5. Maybe a 1yr - $10M deal. They’re stuck with $4M no matter what so another $6M to have a pretty good bat would be good with me. Especially if the DH is here to stay.
  6. Yep. It’s been a torturous season, that’s for sure.
  7. Nah, win the game. Brewers bat second this game. Are you saying you would not have pitched him? I would’ve given the ball to Rasmussen to start the inning.
  8. 15K for me. Seems like it’ll never happen.
  9. I think the OD payroll will be somewhere around $100m. Just feels right given the circumstances.
  10. So it wasn't the bright lights after all? Different day, same ole prick responses from you around here. You could make a living out of them. Move on guy. He got hurt as the game wore on but didn't throw the ball well from the first pitch. Is what it is at this point and we are on to game 2.
  11. After last nights sluggish pace, we should at least plow through the first 7 innings in about an hour if Suter is on his game.
  12. Well our best player has a swing at this game. Tip of the cap to the pitching staff for keeping us in this one to give this opportunity.
  13. Was he to start the game? Oh that's right, I forgot you insinuated that he might have been faking the injury to overshadow the fact he had a rough night... That is comical. My god you are miserable sometimes. Now you’re putting words in my mouth. My comments were made well before his injury. If he wasn’t hurt to start the game, he sure pitched like he was tight or mentally not ready for it. The rest of this crapola being spewed, mainly by you not just allowing someone to have an opinion you don’t agree with, is a bunch of dog pooh.
