  1. Domingo just isn't the player this organization is looking for. He's not athletic enough to fill a corner outfield role and his bat just hasn't been there enough for a MLB to go with him. People remember the 30 homers but that's just not what you'd be getting.

  4. He's worked some walks but I still think he's garbage. It does seem like he's had some important at bats but with the way that a guy like Yelich is swinging it, it really hasn't mattered.

  7. I can understand why some would want to trade him. It is scary that we have a player that may or may not figure it out who costs a lot. But yes, it is a bit crazy to think the Brewers are just going to sign him for $200+ million and then trade him the next offseason. Like it was mentioned last night in the game thread, last offseason BEFORE the deal was done was the time to look at moving him. It is what it's going to be now. Hopefully, we will be on the right side of this thing (for once).

  10. He’s not being pitched around. He’s missing meatballs down the middle of the plate. It’s also not because the ball isn’t juiced. You’d have to make contact for that to be a factor. This season may be an anomaly for him but his horrible season is a huge reason this team will probably miss the post season. Not a great start for the man we just gave the richest contract in our history to. Disappointing to say the least.

  13. I’ve enjoyed the runner at 2B, the DH, and the 7-inning DH’s.
  14. Are we really back to the Padres trade and judging it as complete? Turn the channel on it for a bit. Nice pitching Drew!
  15. It’s a load of donkey pooh. One of those two should have been available for a situation just like this. Throwing chances away this season is what Counsell has been good at.
  16. I’ve seen enough from Nottingham to have him be the RH part of the catching equation next year.
