  1. Gonzaga Michigan Baylor Houston I have Gonzaga being perfect, giving Mark Few his first national championship.
  2. As he should be... Arcia is a terrible hitter, we need to see what we have in Urias... Why can't Urias be given the leash that Arcia has been given?
  3. Ok now, everyone stop crapping on Urias... He just homered off Kershaw.. Starting job is his.
  4. Man I really hope Freddy breaks north in the rotation... Woodruff, Burnes, Peralta... My god, good luck facing those 3. Although I think I would line it up: Woodruff, Burnes, Lindblom, Peralta, Anderson Houser to pen.
  5. So you think that anyone that doesn't make the opening day roster just gets shut down until May? Not what I meant... What good is sending him to AT site? Won't be playing any real games until May.
  6. Urias will be on the OD roster... AAA season is delayed until May.
  7. Exactly.... Everyone wants to give keep giving Arcia ABs and send Urias down to AAA... I dont get it, Urias needs to grow in Milwaukee not in Nashville. Plus Urias can't be sent down anyway since AAA won't be starting until like May.
  8. Totally disagree... We didnt trade for him, to be in AAA. If he's not ready, then he's not ready. I'd rather have him work things out in AAA, so he will be a better player for the years of service the Brewers have him. No sense rushing him just because he was a key part of a trade. If I had to bet, I'd say that he will be on the Brewers' opening day roster, but I think the Brewers would get more total value out of him if they let him spend some time in AAA this year. Not only is he not ready for the majors, but the Brewers would get an extra year of his prime if he spent this year in AAA. Not ready!!! What does he have left to prove??? 2051 ABs in the minors with a .308/.397/.433/.830 slash. No idea how he's not ready.
  9. Totally disagree... We didnt trade for him, to be in AAA.
  10. Shane Greene would be the perfect addition to bullpen, late March signing is fine with me.
  11. Bunch of dudes were reassigned to minor league camp, Ashby is still with the team... If he keeps pitching well, wonder if he has a good chance at OD bullpen spot.
  12. Lucas Erceg, such a shame... I really thought we possibly had our 3B of the future!
  13. This guy needs to be on OD roster, move on from Arcia... We know what he is.
  14. I'll easily take the under on that 100. I think we all knew the end of that 5 year deal would be a nightmare. So, here we are. Imagine having Grisham instead of Garcia. Yelich, Bradley, Grisham. Damnit man, dont do that... I really want both back. I would love Davies still in our rotation... Woodruff, Burnes, Davies, Houser, Lindblom... Who doesnt like that?
  15. Shaw with the bomb today, keep it up!!
  16. On Nottingham, I really hope we put him on the IL vs DFA... I like Jake, I can definitely see him being claimed if we let him go. I want him to be our backup catcher.
  17. Really pulling for Green, but I doubt he wins the 3B job... He'll be the everyday 3B in Nashville, ready for a callup when he need him... Hope he gets a shot at some point in 2021.
  18. Who doesnt want 2 good OBP guys in front of Yelich and Hiura? I don't believe in Cain's abilities moving forward against RHP. It will kill us if we think he is the player he was even two seasons ago. Heck, he might not even get on base enough against LHP but there is hope there. Give your best hitters more at bats = score more runs. This isn't hard. Right but because you dont believe, doesnt mean that Counsell feels the same way. Guess we'll see on 4/1 how the lineup shakes out.
  19. I don't think so, but that's probably because he's been seeing all of his time at 3B with the idea of getting him up to speed there. Got it, makes sense.
  20. Who doesnt want 2 good OBP guys in front of Yelich and Hiura? I see where he's coming from as Cain overall is much better against lefties, but his .350 OBP against righties still looks nice near the top of the lineup. Wong's the guy you might want to slide down against lefties. I could see Wong-Cain-Yeli-Hiura vs RHP and then just starting with Cain-Yeli-Hiura vs LHP. I can totally get behind this... Hope it works out that way.
  21. Regarding the bold, have we seen this ability yet? 4 innings in CF last year. I know, doesn't really tells us much, but I assume he's getting work in the OF if they are trying to make him more of a utility guy. I havent been paying much attention to box scores... Has he played any OF so far this spring?
  22. Wow, you really do not like Cain.
  23. Who doesnt want 2 good OBP guys in front of Yelich and Hiura?
  24. Right but Wong and Yelich have been 1 and 3 when in the lineup, with a right in the 2 hole.
