I'm very excited. This should be fun. It just has a big feeling to it. I hope McGehee has a huge series against his former team in their ballpark. -
Haren would be great, but I have a feeling the Dbacks would want like 6 players or Gallardo straight up. And of course I would not trade Gallardo.

I'd like to see them get McGehee in. For say $15 which is what Branyan cost last year at Jeff's. -

$35 does seem pretty steep for Cameron. I would maybe pay $20. No more then that. -
Honestly if he keeps getting regular PT and performing he could win Rookie of The Year.
-
Umm he totally made up for the worst defensive play of the season! Casey "The Truth" McGehee!
-
Come on Casey, please!
-
McGehee gonna get a chance to totally make up for that bone headed play.
-
If that gets away farther man he would have had it!
-
It would be sweet to see Hardy get that triple. Its just weird that Chad Moeller is the last Brewer to hit for the cycle.
-
Okay lets get those runs back boys.
-
I believe that is why they teach two hands.
-
I like McGehee a lot, but that is inexcusable.
-
Vasquez would be great, but would the Braves be willing to deal him? What is his contract?
-
I wish Hardy wasn't so darn slow, we could at least be up 1-0 if he had any wheels on that Braun single. Is it me or is Hardy the slowest skinny looking fast guy ever?
-
I'm torn as to which broadcast to watch ESPN or FS Wisconsin. I can hear BA and Rock anytime. But I'm not a big fan of Schulman or Orel. Tough call, what are others doing?
-
Snell does still seem to have some upside but time is running out. I guess I could agree with Al that he is a high risk and high reward type guy. But I think I would rather go for Davis, Washburn or even Brad Penny.
-
Maybe there really is no such thing as momentum in baseball. I mean we just had an amazing comeback victory last night and today they come out flat and score no runs and give up 7. Jeez.
-
Chances of Jeffress ever pitching a Brewers uniform seem to have gone down dramatically. Hopefully Braddock, Rogers and Butler can continue to develop so we can get them here soon.

Mariners Sign Russell Branyan (1 Year Deal)
BrewCrewForever replied to ttsather's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Best to just leave that unsolved. -
I'm actually hoping they go the Braun route with Gamel and turn him to an OF this offseason and have him in RF next season and try to trade Hart. If McGehee continues to hit this season with his defense I would be fine with him playing 3B next season as the starter.

Mariners Sign Russell Branyan (1 Year Deal)

Branyan with a triple and his 19th HR of the year yesterday. I wish he was doing this for us, but it is awesome either way to see him playing the way we all knew he could when getting a chance and staying healthy. -
If anyone is interested season 1 is coming out on DVD this Tuesday 6/30. Can't wait.

Easily one of my favorite games of 2009, right there with the offensive explosion game that Monday in Cleveland and the Memorial Day Duel between Gallardo and Carpenter. That catch Cameron made was pure beauty.

If it does turn out to be Perez and Wallace for DeRosa the Indians made out big time. Wallace is a stud. DeRosa would have been nice in Milwaukee, but I don't think we need another bat as bad as starting pitching.
