That would e awesome, I would pull the trigger on that in a second. Bring Escobar up to play SS now have Catalanotto play RF the rest of this year and next year you move Gamel or McGehee to the OF and keep the other at 3B. And then your rotation is headed by Halladay/Gallardo, what a one two punch.

Well I was way off on three different things. What a bad game, just could not do anything against Wainwright. And of course Yo did not have his best stuff either. -
If all it would take is Escobar and a few spare parts or Escobar and Hart, would you do it? A year and a half of Halladay? Man I think I would.

Gamel not in the lineup once again against a RHP tonight. I think it's time to send him down and give him regular PT. This is getting ridiculous.

Got my tickets online for the game this morning. 4 rows behind the Rattlers dugout, sweet. So game time is 6:35pm what time do the gates open to get the bobbles?

I thought Braun did an excellent job in what he said in that minute and thirty seconds. It's done and over with as far as I'm concerned lets play ball and get on a roll. I feel a big game from Braun tonight 3-4 with at least one HR.

I don't like that Melvin said these comments publicly. What if this makes Ryan not want to stay here and leave early via trade or not want to re-sign when he current deal is up? Maybe I'm overreacting but that would be a terrible thing. Hopefully they can work it out together and get back on the same page. I love Braun and I love Melvin so hopefully they can love each other again. Quit this bickering in the media.

Would Vazquez, but I would not part with Gamel, Escobar or Lawrie unless it was for a Peavy, Lee or Halladay type pitcher. I could get down with Hart/Green for Vazquez.

If McGehee continues to hit this year and prove he could play everyday at 3B then yes I would move Gamel to a corner OF spot. He may go to LF and they might move Braun to RF. Then you trade Hart and then you also trade Hardy to make room for Escobar. And here would be my 2010 Brewers lineup: 1. Escobar- SS 2. Weeks- 2B 3. Braun- LF 4. Fielder- 1B 5. McGehee- 3B 6. Gamel- RF 7. Cameron- CF 8. Kendall- C 9. Pitcher -

I will say I love his fire, honesty and willingness to speak what he really feels. Is it appropriate? Maybe, maybe not. But I admire the fact he tells it like it is. That is why he is the franchise.

At this point Hall is not even a platoon player. He is a bench player. And he is hardly that. Maybe he needs to find himself down in AAA. -

No, Mike Burns is pretty bad. So is McClung.

I don't think so, they want him to string together multiple good outings in a row before they eve think about it. He has not put two in a row together yet.

We need Bush to get healthy and make a trade for another starter. Davis or whoever.

Guys like Burns and McClung should not be in a contending teams starting rotation. Period.

Congrats to Braun and Fielder both making their second All-Star teams. How Hoffman and Gallardo both got left off is beyond me, I understand both not making it but Marquis over Yo?

A split is all I was asking for when this series started. So a win today and I would be pretty happy. Then if we can win 4 of 6 on the homestand I will feel great going into the break.

Between that bad throw by McGehee and the bad base running by Cameron we will probably need 10+ runs to win today. Just seems like things could turn for the worse at any moment.

Sweet Rogers pitching today. Wonder if he will go more then 3 innings this start? I guess it is good they are being very careful with him but at some point don't you have to let him a little more loose?
