  1. Another RHP on the mound tomorrow for the Nats. Guess that means start #2 for Russ. Yes!
  2. Pedro's factoid is somehow strange, and seems very anti-green. Huh?
  3. Don't know much about "The Hurricane" but he looked pretty good during his cup of coffee earlier this season. Could be a valuable bench player next season.
  4. I really like Escobar. Look forward to him being our SS. Even though he started slow I figured he would pick it up.
  5. Yeah may have been planned, but like you said since they are all there why not let the hammer fall and axe Yost and let Kremblas or Simmons know they will now manage the team from here on out.
  6. Where did you hear that Pedro? Man if they are all gonna be in for the game I hope this is finally it.
  7. Yeah it wouldn't happen, LA wouldn't party with all those guys. But I don't think Fielder would be worth just Kemp and Broxton.
  8. It would be sweet if the Dodgers would give up Kershaw, Kemp and Broxton for Fielder. I would pull the trigger on that trade today if I could.
  9. Now that Branyan is back on the team I'm gonna have to hit up the players lot or get him before a game. Never got him back in 04 or 05.
  10. Yeah Ned's whole "stay the course" philosophy is getting really old. I hope and prayer that he is not in the home dugout on Tuesday.
  11. Mid 90's fastball with movement is fine by me. Could turn out to be a nice middle relief guy for us.
  12. Three moves I think he is talking about is 1. Parra left in the game in the 5th. 2. Pitching Mota 2 innings on consecutive days 3. Not walking Lopez to load the bases and make a force at every base.
  13. Branyan has already crept up to #4 on my Brewers man crush list: 1. Braun 2. Hart 3. Sheets 4. Branyan
  14. Maybe win or loss tomorrow he goes and we get a new Manager Tuesday. I can only dream I guess.
  15. I wouldn't ever root for a loss and I hope Sheets can get win #6, but I would hope to God that if they do lose tomorrow and make it a 3-7 road trip that Mark and Doug would finally pull the trigger on Yost and just put him and us out of this misery.
  16. Yeah he seems to be great in the 7th and 8th innings, not so much in the 9th. He should probably never be used in the 9th ever again.
  17. Sheets is pitching tomorrow, so we could split with the Nats.
  18. Yeah every time you think something is "brewing", they just go out and blow it the next day. Never seem to turn that corner to get on a win streak.
  19. Yeah not quite sure why you try to throw Mota 2 innings for the second day in a row.
  20. We came back from 6 down today. Branyan looked great on offense and defense. Dillard looks like a nice bullpen arm.
  21. I really hate it when we lose a game on a wild pitch. Puke! 3-6 on the road trip now.
  22. Wow, ugly end to that game. 3-6 on the trip now.
  23. He is close, but also the master of the week ground out to 2B. So maybe 4TO.
  24. If we don't come back and win today and also lose tomorrow that makes a 3-7 road trip. I would have to think and hope that would be grounds to relieve Ned of his duties.
  25. If Manny can't get us out of this and we don't score any stinking runs today 3-6 on this road trip. Sheets is going tomorrow so we would have a nice shot at 4-6, but if they don't score him any runs 3-7. Is Yost safe if that becomes the case?
