Mark Borchardt was the "star." Mike Schank, the guy in Brett's post is a buddy of Mark's who had a pretty memorable role though. I guess Mike used to be all wacked out on drugs but I believe he's been clean and sober for quite awhile. Last I heard anyway. If you hang out downtown or on the East Side you're bound to run into either or both of them sometime. The guy who used to live in my apartment is named Robert Richard Jorge. He had a very small role in the film. Mark- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v288/gypcasino/7_3_borchardt.jpg
I like the turn that jaybird's game with the obscure Brewers took so I was wondering if anybody had any similar stories about obscure celebrity. I don't know if anybody saw "American Movie" but I used to live in the same apartment building as this guy who was in it- http://www.news.wisc.edu/wisweek/22-Mar-2000/images/Wfilmfest_Coven_actors.jpg
Check out the Holocaust Museum in DC if you get a chance. I had to get the tickets ahead of time but they were free. This was a couple years ago so you might want to check the website.
My buddy at work was just telling me that Ambien is by far the best sleep aid he's ever taken. It's not OTC but I don't think it'd be too hard to get a prescription.
My sleeping pattern is all messed up and I took four Advil PM's a couple nights ago because I wanted to fall asleep at a normal time. Usually I feel slightly run down the next day but I've never had a headache or hangover feeling.
Here's the link that tells who is signing when- LINK It's from 5:45-6:05. The players are scattered throughout the stadium. You line up in the aisle and they're sitting on the field along the edge. If you want to get a bunch of players this isn't the way to go. You might get two or three of the lesser known players/coaches, but for the more popular players the line forms quickly and more people won't get an autograph than will.
Yeah, that's another show I love. Right after I got DVR, I was checking out the channel guide and I noticed that TBS happened to be right at the beginning of the first season of SBTB. So I recorded the whole run plus the Miss Bliss episodes & the College Years.
I wonder why that is? Our professional sports teams have been phenomenally successful. It seems like just yesterday that the Brewers almost won the World Series and now that I'm pushing 40, I have fond memories of the Bucks winning the NBA championship when I was three months old.
I'm a big fan of a lot of the MTV shows- Laguna Beach, The Hills, The Real World, Road Rules, RW/RR Challenge, My Super Sweet 16. It's pretty sad since I'm a 36 year old male but I can't stop watching.
Nowdays I just eat whatever the wife picks up but back in the day I always enjoyed a Village Pub pizzas, out of Winneconne. I think they were less than 2 bucks apiece at Pick N Save. And Joe's Fox Hut in Fond du Lac were pretty good too. And thanks for the Emil's reminder. I'll be in Watertown tomorrow and I think I'll pick up a few.
I haven't picked up his new one Glitter in the Gutter yet but I'm going to see Jesse Malin at Shank Hall on Wednesday the 11th. Which might be of some interest to you Ryan Adams fans.
Speaking of bottom feeding, I've got a set of four DC comics from 1990 called "The Adventures of Ford Fairlane." Remember that idiotic movie with Andrew Dice Clay. Anyway if somebody wants them I'll send them to you free shipping included.
