    Track and field is very cool. So much athleticism on display in a sport that doesn't get a ton of TV coveragr (though more and more it seems). That shared gold was a great moment, and saw it live, right before the shock men's 100 final. Morning tv wondows on Peacock are great.

    Four days past Yelich's positive, so, depending on when both samples were actually taken, it's possible the exposure was simultaneous to Christian's OR from a separate incident. For baseball purposes, I think you'd rather the exposure be the same, given that you'd be getting closer to the end of incubation. I'd say baseball's COVID issues are partly Delta and bad timing and partly MLB's (legitimate, I think, given available info at the time) preference for J&J. Good news is, all these guys SHOULD avoid serious illness and be back in the order of a minimal IL stint.

    Hope Yelich feels better quickly. Weirdly, Peterson is probably a bigger loss at the moment? But Taylor and Tellez have swung it well, so more ABs for them is alright.

    Olympics are a different game. Australia is better than France. Maybe Team USA gels and wins on talent, but it's really hard to win playing NBA-style hoops in this era of international ball... ...really loving the 3x3, though. Fun, quick hoops.

    Looks like I was wrong about that comeback. Still, I'll give them a mulligan here. Played sloppy. Lost. Move on. You've put yourself in a great spot here. 6.5 game lead. 65 to go. That's a ton of baseball, but even if you play .500, someone's really gonna have to rip off a bunch to catch you.

    Thought the Bucks D was great all playoffs, really, with few exceptions. They just got big stops when they needed them a lot. Holiday, Tucker, Middleton, Giannis, they all made big plays on that side of the floor. Really good team effort.
