  1. Who is your rep? Mine has yet to respond. When I first got my season tickets, I had Jason as my rep and he was fantastic. Then he got promoted and it's been mildly disappointing at best ever since.
  2. The ballpark app knows I got the 4 tickets for the wildcard game. You'd think this wouldn't be that hard to allow 4 per game and multiple transactions...heck even if you wanted like 2 terrace and 2 field level in multiple transactions for 1 game. I'm not an IT so I don't know the ins and outs, I just can't imagine it being that difficult.
  3. I emailed my rep immediately and am getting no response. I have to imagine they are working on fixing it. We aren't the only few people that didn't click on things properly and are getting screwed right now. I would be it's all hands on deck to get this fixed. I'll post if I get an update.
  4. I'm having the same issue and I'm pretty pissed off as well. I have an email out to my rep. Another guy I know with a 20 pack was able to get max tickets to all 4, so yes it's a formatting issue.
  5. $200 for Terrace? No thanks. Comparatively, $405 for Diamond box seems somewhat reasonable though. Lol I’d pay that in a heart beat. Will be $800+ on the secondary market. I thought the price structure for the world series was a bit stupid too. That said, general public won't have a shot at any of the good tickets. Bleachers, loge outfield, terrace... that's probably about all that would be available. I wonder if standing room only will be the same price as terrace.
  6. I didn't see anybody list off prices. I'll post the single game rate by wc-ds/CS/WS. These are based on what I received as a SSH, but are the single game rates(different than the rates a SSH would have paid). Field Diamond platinum - 230/315/405 Field Diamond box - 210/290/385 field infield platinum - 135/220/380 field infield box - 125/200/360 field outfield box - 85/165/310 field bleachers - 55/100/240 loge diamond box - 100/185/320 loge infield box - 85/165/310 loge outfield box - 65/125/270 loge bleachers - 50/90/225 club infield/outfield box - 85/165/310 terrace box - 50/90/225 terrace reserved - 40/70/200
  7. Can someone go over to the cubs board and see if a large contingent are talking about how their season is over and they are collapsing because of a bad inning?
  8. Even 7 to 0, I still think we go Knebel, Soria, Jeffress.
  9. I don't mean to be that guy, but you probably give Soria, Jeffress, and Knebel an inning tonight no matter what right? Day off tomorrow, keep them sharp.
  10. I was fully expecting a GIDP to be honest. Oh boy would it be great if Aguilar started heating up...
  11. I agree on dropping aguilar a bit, but it's tough to do that unless Braun and/or Cain are in there. We don't want to string together too many lefties, and Aguilar is a better RH option than anyone besides those 2 guys. Until those guys come back, he's gotta be in the 3-5 area of the lineup.
  12. A contingent of us including myself think we go Chacin but on a very very short leash...and that we see 2-3 inning stints from Jeffress and Hader, and maybe Burnes. We can feel free to use the elite bullpen arms for multiple innings as they'll all get a day off and be ready to pitch again in game 1...possibly game 2 for anybody that went more than 2 innings. But it's playoffs, I think CC will be more apt to push guys to pitch right away if the situation calls for it.
  13. I wouldn't say apparent, but definitely moving in that direction. Anything can happen over the next week. For non-WC series, I view basically one position player spot up for grabs between him, Thames, Broxton.
  14. I agree the most with this part. At this point, I just wouldn't mind the Dodgers beating up the Rockies and knocking them out of the race for the NL West. We wouldn't face the Dodgers until the NLCS, and I personally will just be happy if we get there. Dbacks, Pirates, Nationals, Phillies...at this point I don't think any will make the playoffs even if they win out. It's a 6 team race. The Cubs and Braves are basically locked in. The Brewers probably have the highest odds of the other 4 teams but it's super close. Will be an interesting week and a half.
  15. Good points here. The Brewers have 10 games left, it is very unlikely that they win all 10. Losing one game doesn't mean we are doomed...doesn't mean we are "collapsing"...it just means we lost. It's a bit disheartening knowing how fine of a line we have to walk to catch the Cubs for the division, but it is what it is and losing a game doesn't mean any of those things above. The reds pitchers threw the ball well, I thought our approach was generally poor yesterday. It seemed like guys would take a called first strike and have no idea how to respond. But it's one game. On Monday we beat up on every pitcher we saw for 8 offensive innings with a very good result. Hopefully the approach is a bit better today and we can get a win. A little less hero swings and a little more productive at bats...getting runners on base and moving. You can cherry pick losing 3 of 4, looking a bit more broad we are 10-6 this month including 4-2 against the cubs. That's pretty good.
  16. Just like last season, after the year we'll probably hear about some injury that led to him slowing down the last couple weeks after being so good for 6ish weeks before. Rinse/repeat. If they can get the #1 WC while getting him and Jesus rebooted for the playoffs that would be great. At least this year they have the depth/luxury of him not playing through it (assuming an injury is the case), unlike last year where he forced it and did poorly. Fair point. The beat writers seem like they are going to try to get an answer on Braun. I agree it's very nice that we have the depth. If either are still struggling, we can roll Yelich, Grandy, Santana, even Perez/Broxton out there for 1 or 2 more games...and can put Thames in at 1b. I personally think Thames just doesn't care right now. His AB yesterday was just trash. I think he knows he isn't making the post season roster and is coasting to the offseason.
  17. Lineup out. Biggest disappointment in my opinion is no Braun, considering Cain is also out. That surprises me. I feel like he needs to get more at bats to get going, unless of course he's nursing an injury.
  18. Agree on all. I like the dbacks lineup, though I'll add historically Cubs hitters have had more success against Corbin than dbacks hitters against Hendricks. Dbacks hitters have generally not had a ton of success against any of the 3 cubs pitchers. They'll have to find a way into that bullpen early and often.
  19. Cain is a great fit everywhere 1-9 in the lineup. Granderson has had great AB's and success with us thusfar, I don't hate the idea of Cain coming up with guys on. He's arguably moving Cain to a more important spot in the lineup, where his production will be more useful. Plus, going this route made it a more natural way to move Aguilar back in the lineup. I really think that's going to be a good thing. I think he's pressing, and dude just needs to relax up there...let his talent take over and not try to hit a HR every time.
  20. I'm good with that lineup. I actually like that Aguilar was bumped down. Maybe he'll feel less pressure and simplify/have fun out there.
  21. Remember, the A's MLB club may eventually move to Vegas so this makes sense. Maybe we could use oakland for our AAA...
  22. So basically, we probably need to sweep someone to catch them. This is our best shot. I feel like we almost need to bank on losing 2 of 3 to the pirates too, that team just has our number.
  23. I know this doesn't specifically relate, but has anyone heard anything on Brendan Murphy? Is he pitching in instructs or is he hurt? He didn't end up pitching at all this year.
  24. That pitching though...I like those 3 pitchers way more than either of the bats, says more about the pitchers than the bats because both are very promising.
