    Nice to answer back right away. I thought last years team was really good with that too. Seemed like every time we gave up a lead we answered right back.

    Anyone else watching ESPN? Dexter Williams has giant gold GB balloons behind him as he “gets the call”. Either there is another giant coincidence of GB or that was really staged. I see people with hats and stuff, but did they really have giant balloons for every team?

    Alison and Kumerow can probably both play in the slot along with splitting a TE out. A guy like Renfrow would have been a good fit, but they are not in dire need. They have options

    I thought Gary was a odd pick, high risk, not an immediate need. I am very much warming to the big picture as the draft unfolds. Still not sold on Gary, but like the package as a whole.

    Doubt Smith pairs as a receiver with Rodgers better than Graham who’s had a year to mesh, and he’s not a better blocker than Lewis at this point. Declaring him an instant starter might be a stretch.

    Broncos and Lions both drafted TE already, Irv should still be there. Just how the board falls there’s a lot of offense options sitting there

    The biggest problem is that anyone good enough to do it will demand a mega contract that we can not afford. The best chance would be if a young guy like Peralta ends up developing into a Chacin type starter where they are solid, but not great. I would say yes, just because never say never, but the odds have to be crazy low. How about a 300 game winner in MLB ever again?

    I agree the game has changed, but the Brewers are still dead last in innings per start. The amount of innings our bullpen is eating up is a concern given the lack of top end arms in said bullpen. This really shouldn't be a question given our starters ERA is a shade under double digits... but .... who's spot in the rotation does he take? Davies and Chacin are probably locked in the rotation right now. That leaves Woodruff, Anderson, and Peralta. If Anderson throws the ball well tomorrow again, would they take another one of the young arms out of the rotation?

    I think Shaw would go to first and Moose to third in this scenario. Shaw has a good amount of time at first already in his career, I think that would be the more natural move.

    I’m watching on FSWI but flipped over to check it out. Forgot how brutal that angle was. The K zone box makes it bearable, before that there had to be a lot of screaming at the tv for strike calls you can’t tell anyways.
