    One game, I’d like to make it just one game without having a LB or DE cover a pro-bowl WR.

    He’s currently kicking for the Giants, and only 75% on FG and XP. He’s 3/4 in each.

    Rough way to end an otherwise solid performance. I kept thinking draw on that drive, especially 2nd and 2 with about 1:40 left. You wanted some clock off anyways and it keeps their rush honest. Sucks to lead the whole game except the last 3:00

    Man, where has this offense been all year. Takes time with a new QB and new system. Wish Mordecai had another year, he looks really comfortable today. Kind of sucks to most likely be going back to a transfer in his first year again next year.

    Then they don’t use one with 12 guys on the field on 4th and 6. Ended up working out, but if you clearly see he’s not gonna get off the field, save the 5 yards there.

    Jaire invited himself to the captains meeting even though he’s not an official captain. Won the toss and said we wanted to play defense instead of defer. Thankfully the official clarified. Very odd for a guy just to go join the captains meeting on his own. That type of stuff usually taken pretty seriously and is kind of an honor for NFL games.     I spent the last two days being grumpy about having Puka on my bench. Now Cooper making me feel real good about heading to the Championship in my league!!!! Crazy game, and still a quarter to go.

    For the record, I'm going to bench Puka tonight, so if I was you I would start him. If he's on my bench, he'll go off for about 35 points.

    I sit Puka in that group honestly. I am considering starting Cooper over him this week because of the matchups as you can see by my previous post. St. Brown has had 1 single digit week the entire year, he's a top 5 WR. Puka has huge weeks, but also has had 6 weeks of single digits.

    Puka or Amari Cooper as my WR3 this week? Have St. Brown and Debo as the other 2.

    Mellusi announced he's returning for another season. That gives the RB room a much needed leader, and he seems to fit the new offense pretty well.

    This is going to be an interesting selection. Who I would pick: Michigan, Washington, Florida State, and Texas. Who the committee probably takes: Michigan, Washington, Texas, Alabama. I don’t think Alabama gets in without Texas in. There’s also no way they leave the SEC out. I think FSU playing with a backup QB and not looking great against Louisville makes them easier to leave out.

    First game of the year that I’ve watched, Bucks offense has no ball movement. About 85% of the possessions so far are iso, just expecting guys to go score 1 on 1.

    I didn’t realize how slow Ekeler is. He was 6-7 yards clear of everyone and got ran down pretty quickly.

    I don’t think we get half that. I have Ekeler in fantasy so I’m expecting the Packers run D to show up in force today as well.

    I swear they have actual meetings each week to scheme up new ways to run routes exactly 1 yard short of a first down. It’s multiple times every week.

    Gus was cited on two separate occasions in Madison. Once underage drinking with a fake ID and once weed. Guessing he would have some sort of team rules violation with the tickets. Not sure why you need to take a leave of absence from the team over tickets. Work hard in practice while you serve your suspension which would probably be very brief and move on. This seems a little dramatic.

    This team makes so many mental mistakes, penalties, drops, fumbles, missed assignments. Defense has played well again keeping it close, but the offense can’t get out of its own way.

    Even if they don’t score this drive, these are huge first downs to flip the field. Punting from the end zone would’ve been brutal.

    Kind of frustrating Locke looked really good on the TD drive, and now we’ve run the ball 5 straight times since.

    Lol, I was still pissed he didn’t take off the play before. Then they dial up the designed QB draw. That slide proved exactly how often he has run though, that was brutal.

    Feel like Allen getting hurt took away any chance of going on 4th down.

    Locke shows flashes of arm talent, but he’s so immobile he’s like a statue standing in the pocket. Would be nice to have at least a threat of a scramble.
