  1. First AB back in big leagues:
  2. There certainly is no guarantee the compensation pick plus Rodriguez would ever accumulate more than one win above replacement level
  3. Priester has ten appearances for Milwaukee. Two were bad (Cardinals and Cubs). Eight were good or fine. 🤷‍♂️
  4. If Priester gets out of the 7th with fewer than 50 pitches, do you send him out for the 8th?
  5. Easier to find pitchers to get 12 outs per game than it is to find pitchers get 15+ outs per game. Or, maybe that’s what 2025 has lead me to believe 🤷‍♂️
  6. Wouldn’t it seem very Brewers of us if Payamps immediately resumed his eighth inning set up role if he is recalled later this season?
  7. In what way would foul balls benefit the pitcher? It would seem the more pitches thrown helps the batter, generally. I love these topics, though!
  8. Tyler Alexander doesn’t seem to have a bright future for us. It’s been a few years since he’s been good.
  9. @Brock Beauchampis there useful or interesting data measuring whether we believe the Brewers will win today? I wonder if we should change the daily poll question to something like over under or a more specific prediction about the game? I generally feel bad predicting the Brewers to lose but also feel silly predicting them to win each game, too.
  10. Who do we trust now that Koenig, Mears, Uribe and Megill are either overworked or regressing? Grant Anderson?
  11. Nothing positive or negative tonight, yet. Civale has been effective.
  12. It certainly feels like Uribe is our ‘eighth inning guy’ and come what may, he will pitch the eighth or ninth inning in a high leverage situation.
