    This could be way off, but Hader/Arcia/?? for Gleyber Torres Yankees have plenty of fire power, but Torres isn't exactly the best fielding SS there is. Torres moves to 3B for Brewers

    Its just a matter if you want quality or quantity. Quality happens during the season and quantity happens in the off season. Quality ( #3 and #7 Prospect) vs Quantity ( #5, #6, #10 prospect)

    Mario Feliciano hit 273/324/477 as a 20 year old in A+, striking out 28.8% of the time. Would you say he is an offensive limited player? Keibert Ruiz hit 315/344/497 as an 18 year old in A+, striking out 14.4% of the time. Yes, Keibert's offense has fallen off some since he moved up to AA (about a 95 wRC+ in 725 PAs), but he was a 19/20 year old switch hitting catcher in AA posting identical 7.4% K & BB rates. That has nothing to do with what i said. I'm not comparing to what we have. I stated that i wouldn't trade Hader for a package centered around Ruiz.

    Ruiz is an offensive limited player and his D is average. Rios is a career utility player

    The average fan wouldn't get excited about this trade based on name recognition, but if the Mets do sign Springer and Realmuto: Brewers Get: Brett Baty / Dominic Smith Mets get: Hader / Houser Smith immediately steps into 1B and Baty is our 3b in 2 years.

    So you have the Brewers losing Hader, Turang, and Houser PLUS adding $41M to the payroll? Yes. 100% When you figure that Hader will be $20 mil over that same time period.

    Gore is out of the question I can see the Padres doing a trade headline by Luis Patino if they are desperate enough Most Likely it will be a trade like Hader for Campusano ( #54 overall ) and Adrian Morejon ( Padres #7 )

    If some team give a 31yr old OF 300Mil contract, they are just crazy and deserve to have him. Rendon contract is the perfect example of what Yelich will get - 7/$245. Rendon was a yr younger when he signed and when Yelich will sign and plays an elite position. If you offer Yelich a 5/200 contract extension and spread it out over the remaining years of his deal, it ends of being a 8/241.5. You give him a $20 signing bonus spread out over 4 years You defer $20 mil 5 each from 2028 - 2031 Base salary is $25 per year. Yelich gets the 2nd riches contract extension in MLB history is $/yr

    We are not getting Lewis in a deal involving Hader. Kirilloff / Balazovic / Duran for Hader / Turang is a fair deal. Kirlloff reminds be of Lyle Overbay with little more power
